We (a family of 3 adults) have just returned from 4 weeks staying in this apartment. It was an amazing experience. The apartment is well appointed, big enough to spread out in and the terrace is a fantastic bonus particularly when having a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better, close to shops, restaurants, a metro station and taxi rank but also near enough to all the sights to be able to walk to and from them. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an easy stair climb however there is also a lift in the building which helps with luggage and grocery shopping. Marta is an amazing host. Kind and compassionate and always available, she quickly responded to any questions or queries we had without hesitation. Marta was also great with organising transfers to and from the airport. Overall we are thrilled to have stayed in this apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The apartment has everything you could ask for and more. Marta made sure we had everything we needed including snacks, coffee, and treats when we arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious. Three bedrooms with ensuites. All the appliances you could ever need. This place is located right off Piazza del Popolo, walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. It was even nicer than pictured and the host, Marta, went above and beyond. There were snacks and juice when we arrived and she also helped when we needed something from the pharmacy. The apartment is well appointment. The air conditioning is in all rooms and a must in the Rome summer heat. We were very comfortable. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is close to the metro and also a short walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. We will definitely keep this apartments in our “favorites” for the future. Apartment was awesome. Very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. Marta was a great host, help with transportation arrangements. Appreciated the flexibility at checking in to be able to leave our bags there while it was being prepared for us. One of the most outstanding features was the prime location. Very walkable, great shopping and dining options, close to Metro and steps away from a beautiful piazza.

Our family of 5 (including 3 boys) had a wonderful at Marta's lovely apartment. The location is great. We were just off the Piazza del Poppolo, within a 10 minute walk of the Spanish Steps. There are great little markets, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is lovely and spacious. The beds are comfortable! Rome is wonderfully hectic, and it is nice to have a quiet place to enjoy at the end of a day of sightseeing. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the apartment most days. It was great to have a nice dining table and well stocked kitchen available. The patio was just lovely. Even in March we were able to sit outside and enjoy it. The wifi worked well. Marta is a great host, helping to book rides to and from the airport. I would 10/10 stay here again for a future trip to Rome.

The apartment was centrally located and perfect for our family of 5. We were there over Christmas and Marta spoiled us with delicious treats and she even had a little Christmas tree. The neighborhood is great, close to the center and all the sites and museums (we walked everywhere), the Borghese gardens, with lots of interesting boutiques. Marta is a lovely and very responsive host. I recommend her apartment warmly and hope to return.

It is the nicest place we have ever stayed in, and we have travelled the world. It is centrally located and near good restaurants and shopping. Believe the reviews that say the pictures do not do it justice because you would need hundreds of pictures. This is one of only two units on the first floor, an easy walk up if you don’t want to wait for the elevator. The layout is spacious—I could not stop walking through the rooms, admiring the plaster ornamentation and artwork throughout. It had cool air conditioning for our hot July days, comfortable beds, ample space to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen and even a panini iron for making sandwiches. The outdoor patio was magical, with vines and blooming flowers. It wraps around the unit and opens to a peaceful courtyard. The two bedrooms that face the street were sound proofed and mostly quiet except during Italy’s UEFA semi final win that was cheered by a gigantic crowd in the Piazza del Popolo. That night we went out on the balcony and watched the thousands of football fans in awe. On many trips, the place you stay is only where you lay your head for a few hours. Marta’s place, however, seemed a part of the culture and history of this wonderful city. I cannot wait to stay here again.

3 generations of the one family over for the rugby and to see the sights. Lots of room for us to spread out. Pick up to and from the airport organised with Marta. Accommodation lovely and central yet still quiet. All the sights and stadium in easy walking distance. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Check in and out easy. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back ourselves!

This apartment is PERFECT! On the second floor of a beautiful building, there's a small elevator that helps take your suitcases up. The apartment is gorgeous, with amazing details and lots of characters. The kitchen and outdoor patio are even more beautiful than the photos. Great for coffee in the morning. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, which was great with the kids. Air conditioning, clothes washer, dish washer, hair dryer all worked wonderfully. And best of all, the apartment is in the best area of town! Close to a taxi stand, lots of restaurants, 24/7 grocery store just a couple of blocks away, and loads of shops. Within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. Although rest assured the apartment was quiet and calm- just far enough from the hub-bub. We had an amazing time, even the kids (ages 16, 11 and 4) loved it! And Marta was the best host ever!! She helped us arrange for transportation to/from the train station, ordered cabs for our early morning tour of the Vatican, and helped us change a taxi reservation we had when our Colosseum tour was changed at the last minute. We could not have asked for a better experience. Just wish we could have stayed a few more days!! Thank you Marta!!
