Spacious/comfortable living areas, nice amenities and comfy bed. Close to town. Would come again.

Great location. Clean Place. Outside looks a little sketchy but inside is fine; properties around it are nice. Evolve is third party management so inquiries and communication are not directly through vrbo like other properties. Not a lot of details for check-in. There is no wifi for mobile devices, we had to use ethernet. Reached out to local contact about wifi and didn't hear back, so if there was wifi to connect to we couldn't get info on it. Messaged through vrbo and did not get response.

Looks a bit questionable on the outside but the inside is very nice and the location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my sister and me while visiting Anchorage. It is VERY well stocked with everything you need. It is updated and the beds are comfortable. The couch could be a bit larger and the living room chair a bit softer but we were out most of the time anyway. The TVs are huge and the other furniture is heavy and not cheap stuff. Towels and blankets were plenty. We walked to/from downtown (5-10 min) but also took Lyft when it was raining (less than $10). I would stay here again.

We enjoyed the property, close to restaurants and shops. Pillows could use an upgrade but everything else was good

It was a cute place a pet friendly. But there was no place for the dogs to go potty. Had to call the police for dv across the street….not the properties fault. It’s just anchorage. Stairs outside were full of snow and ice. No clean up. But again it’s Alaska. The home was super cute and they have everything you will need.

Nice location and well equipped
Stayed here for almost 3 months working on my relocation to AK. It’s got everything you would need here. It’s also the upstairs unit so it quiet. Allowing a pet was also a huge plus. My cat was very happy there. Fast internet, well equipped kitchen, and personal big washer and dryers. Excellent!
Location in Bootleggers Cove is awesome. Close to downtown, coastal trail, and Westchester Lagoon.
Only downsides are it has a carport instead of garage, and the place could be an issue if you have mobility problems since it is a lot of stairs (outside stairs to get to the front door and another set of stairs to the unit itself).

The condo was pretty nice inside and we enjoyed our stay. It had pretty much everything needed as far as, technology, cooking utensils and bathroom necessities. It was a nice little walk to downtown; a bit of an uphill hike but we enjoyed the exercise. I’m used to living in a single dwelling house so the downside of a shared wall is you can hear other people talking/living/walking/flushing toilets/showering there and they don’t know how to shut a door reasonably to save their lives. They shook the whole house when the neighbors shut their door in and out of the house. You can hear clanging and banging in the neighbor’s kitchen in the morning so if you are a light sleeper that’s tough too. The owner of the condo is easy to get in touch with, is super friendly, helpful and replies pretty quick. I purchased through VRBO but this place actually rents through a company called Evolve and they suck to get in touch with. I needed to change and extend my stay here and it didn’t end up happening because of Evolve. I have had to change dates through VRBO before elsewhere and that was a piece of cake. I’d suggest getting rid of Evolve and going direct through VRBO if that’s possible.

We live out of town and needed a place to stay in Anchorage while waiting on our flight on Christmas break. The location was amazing. We are a family of five with 3 teenagers. The girls were comfortable in the room with two twins and the 12 year old son crashed in the living room. We all loved the technology in the condo. Apple tvs, security, alexis. It was fun. Other raters mentioned the stairs and it should be noted that if someone has mobility problems, it could be an issue. We carried large suitcases up and down and it was dicey with the ice. I would not stay here with more that 5 people. It is pretty tight with 5. It is an AMAZING place though and we loved it.

I would give it a 5 if you did something with the outside stairs. at least cut back the raspberry bushes and weeds that are growing through the stairway. the rest of the place was great

A walk up hill to downtown
The vrbo interior worked well for our visit all the things you would need to make you feel at home. Only improvement I would recommend is updating and trimming the access to the front door.

Good base camp for touring Alaska.
Enjoyed our stay. We felt like we were staying in someone's home. Owner provided many extras to make the place very comfortable and welcoming.
Too many stairs for older folks like us.

Great Interior but...
The property was overall nice. It had top of the line appliances, everything worked well, and was easy going. Getting into the property was the challenge. The stairs on the way up outside were rickety and overgrown with plants. There was an old unused grill sitting right outside our door that had vegetation growing into it also. Inside was great, but the outside was very uninviting.

Can't beat location!
The condo had everything we needed. It was so great to be able to enjoy many meals right at home. We rented bikes 5 min away to ride the Coastal Trail. We walked downtown to enjoy all of the fun events for Summer Solstice. Great two bedroom condo with plenty of space.

Great location and amenities
Nicely updated condo with all the technical bells and whistles (apple tv, smartcast, alexa etc). Clean and comfortable, easy walk to coast trail and easy drive to anywhere else in Anchorage. Minor noise issue with the neighbors but nothing out of the ordinary. A great place to stay while in Anchorage

Excellent property in a great location
The condo was in great condition, comfortable, and well-furnished. It's only a few blocks walk from downtown, and in a very nice residential neighborhood. There was a lot of construction going on around when we were there, but once that's done, the area will be even better. We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage and at this property.

Cozy home with everything you need. Alexa was a hit and we purchased our own for home lol. Host was awesome, accommodated all my needs. Would recommend staying for anyone and would stay here again.

Condo was exactly as advertised, great location to walk downtown to restaurants.
We were a group of four, stay was comfortable for all of us.

Well stocked and great location
Listing was accurate with regards to layout and location. The property was extra clean and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need on a short trip. We will stay here again! The stairs were a little treacherous once it snowed, but they are manageable if you're careful. Such a better option than a downtown hotel!

"Curb appeal is off putting put the interior is very nice. Lovely home, great location.
When we were dropped off by taxi at the property we were concerned that we were in the wrong location. The outside of the property is not very attractive. Once we were inside the condo we were very pleased. The owners have done a wonderful job preparing it for VRBO guests. Everything we needed was easily accessible. One other thing that I suggest that the owners might note for future guests is the stairs. My husband and I are both in our mid 60s and in good shape, but carrying two weeks worth of luggage and our business bags up a worn wooden exterior staircase and then a full flight of interior stairs to the unit was quite a challenge. Might want to make sure that quests know that they will be dealing with stairs. All in all a very nice place. Thank you,

Wow! Great Place.
Great place to stay. I had business in Anchorage and my father and uncle (both retired) decided to come. Easy booking. Easy check-in. My uncle stated it well when he said, "this place has everything". Literally all the comforts of home. Location is an easy walk to/from downtown. My conference was at the Hilton and I walked each day. Uber is available. The condo is adjacent to the coastal trail and I recommend renting a bike. The condo is fully wired and connected and access is easy. It's clean all around. I can't say enough good things. There are a couple of things to know though -- first is that there are stairs up to the condo. Nothing bad, just need to know if that's an issue. The second is that the TV is a SmartTV, which was fine for me because I'm used to it, but it took some getting used to for my father -- ultimately he did tackle it. The place is great and the neighborhood is clean and safe. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
