I would definitely stay here again, very quiet even on NewYears. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Host answered my question on parking very promptly. The location is near a Publix and many restaurants and attractions.

It was our first time staying at Vista Cay. It is conveniently located close to all theme parks as well as groceries and food chains. Only complaint is that guest bedroom beds are very small. Adults have hard time fitting in beds because beds are short. Also frequently ran out of hot water when showering. Our owner was very responsive and communicated promptly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay! Everything was clean and neat. Most importantly, it was quiet!! Thick walls and respectful occupants! Everything looked just as pictured! We had no reason to reach out for assistance, because everything was laid out very well! Walking distance from the grocery store (Publix) and the event we attended! Very pleased!

The stay was as advertised. Check in and out was easy. No extra amenities so make sure to bring your own laundry detergent and body wash/shampoo etc.

Beautiful resort style property. The host was very accommodating to my family and I. There’s a couple things that we brought to the attention first day, and when we return the next day, everything is taken care of. She was responsive and prompt.

The location of property was perfect for our reason for being in town. It was close to shopping and attractions which made our trip way easier. I also like the layout of the unit. It was spread out and allowed people to have their own space. We did have a few issues with cleanliness in the kitchen and Jack and Jill bathroom. The water/ ice in refrigerator didn’t work. The handle on the stove and pans were loose as well as the knives, three knives were completely unusable. The property manager was attentive and fixed the handles of pans and stove. Refrigerator could not be fixed. I would suggest in future to have places to hang towels in Jack n Jill bathroom. Very odd not to have any hooks or towel racks. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back again.

The property claims to be professionally cleaned and sanitized with extra precaution on disinfection to protect our guests. Upon arriving we found that the counter was filthy, we had to wipe it down. When sitting and watching TV in the living room, I felt something on my leg. A ROACH was climbing up my leg. We later found more roaches in the kitchen on the counters and around and inside the dishwasher. The dishwasher has a foul odor, I am assuming this is from the roaches that are living inside. When taking a shower I noticed a lot of mold on the ceiling. It was also discovered that there was also mold in the other bathroom above the shower as well. When we went to cook, using the pans there, half of them were also dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Bottom line, someone is going to get sick staying at this location until they properly clean, sanitize, and remove the pests within. Apparently, checking reviews, this is a common problem with this rental unit. The owner claims to have handled the situation, however it has been going on for a very long time. I am booked to stay at another condo in Vista Cay in June and I am afraid I will experience the same issues. I expect the owner to respond per the norm. I did not tell them about the issues during the stay, I informed them about it the day we left. They called their property manager about it and will have the unit sprayed and the issues taken care of. Read 4 star reviews from 2022 and 2021. A lot mention roaches.

We loved the accommodations. It was a perfect set up for our group. It would have been nice to have a broom and mop, we cooked three meals a day and the floors got a little messy. Otherwise, I would definitely say we had a great stay.

Our interaction with the property owner was good. The property was in good condition. A few members of our group mentioned they would have liked to know there would be no hangers to hang clothes. The door lock was tricky to get used to. Overall a solid stay from all who were there.

Excellent stay at this property. The condo unit is clean and comfortable. 20 minutes from Disney parks and 15 minutes from Universal Parks. Quiet location, Publix grocery very close. Manager is very responsive to texts. Would stay here again!

This property was close to everything we needed. Easy on and off from the main highways with little noise to speak of. Great amenities in the complex. Was in town for a conference at the OCCC and a Disney add on day. Would recommend this place to anyone and stay again.

So nice to know we can cou t on VRBO! We come to Vista Cay every other year for our tradeshow... So nice to have a place to come back to and relax and talk, make a meal and not worry about having to leave. Beds were comfy and condo was a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Binder was informative and easy to follow. LOVED the hot tub & pool for evening fun! Never met owners of course but we made notes of a few items that needed repair, not because they were an problem but just to let owner know we found it like that. Received a text message back from phone call. Hopefully we are coming back next time.

Great property! Enjoyed staying there. Only this I would suggest is having more washcloths. There were only 2 in the master bath and none in the other bathroom. We had to go purchase washcloths. Everything else was great!!

Restaurants, grocery , swimming pool is 5 minute walk and on top of that 15-20 minute drive from Disney and Orlando resorts. My family will surely stay in this place in the future for sure! Thank you!
