Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We had a great time at this rental! It was exactly what we were looking for and needed for our group. Loved how close to the beach it was! There were a few maintenance issues but the host responded to our concerns immediately and got things worked out. Highly recommend!

Overall, a great stay at the property! The only downsides were the overall cleanliness of the pool and around the pool area. Also, the location of the beach is actually further down than what appears on the map. But the master bedrooms bath tub was amazing! Loved the house and it was very well kept! Awesome neighbors. Great experience.

Great space for 12 but would have been terrible if all 18 had made it. I would not recommend more than 12 to 14 unless several are kids who can sleep anywhere. Beds very comfy.
Both washers were broken but the management company paid for our laundry to be done commercially.
Multiple repairs..at least 2 safety related one of which was fixed while another required ordering a part.
Very clean but we were late getting in bc cleaning was not done. We were given a $100 visa card for the inconvenience.
Neat location w easy access to a wonderful beach.
Ambiance non existent. You can tell the owners care nothing about fixing the place up which is a shame. It would be nice to have it better maintained bc there are so many positive attributes but the owners don't seem to care if siding is off, damages not repaired correctly, rickety furniture. It can't even be called eclectic but more like run down. A handrail would be nice on the back steps of the main house and the steps of the carriage house. Beware of thinking that people who might have trouble with steps can sleep well on the main floor. One bedroom on the floor in main house. There is a hideaway but no room for luggage. Buyer beware if you really want to sleep 24. Pool nice but could area could be made more attractive with some wall art. The grill was great. Once again the management company was outstanding. Just beware of how potentially crowded it could be. We did not see bikes as advertised, no beach towels, no beach chairs. Just an FYI.

Hello, originally our party was for around 20 people but unfortunately some of them got sick so only 9 people went. We mainly used the main house which we enjoyed but there were some issues. When we arrived a little after 4pm the cleaning ladies where still there and the main house was not finished. When they left, the dishwasher was left with dirty dishes and confetti from the previous party was left on dining room lamp. Also, we found roaches in the main house. Despite this we enjoyed the rooms in the main house and thought the kitchen placement was nice. The second house, on the other hand, was a little disappointing because the carpets were really stained. In addition, the grill outside didn't work well. The location of the property was pleasant, though.

Stayed in the house for a bachelor trip. House was very clean upon arrival. Short walk to the beach and plenty of room for 18 guys

This place is in a great location & had plenty of space for our big family but when we arrived to check in at our check in time(4pm) the cleaning crew(two ladies) were still cleaning and we did not get to get in until after 5pm. They were very nice & I do not blame them but there should be more than 2 ladies cleaning the main house and cottage house. It’s just too much house for only 2 people to clean in a few hours. Once in the house we noticed a lot of roaches(alive and dead) are all over the kitchen in the main house. I won’t go into too much detail but both houses were still very dirty and needed a major deep cleaning. Also, only one bike could be used(not as advertised). We were able to go to the store to get cleaning supplies and clean up a lot of the mess that was missed but with as much as this place costs that should not have been an issue. Like I stated, it is a great location with lots of space & we still had a great time but this place needs a deep cleaning before anyone else stays there.

Loved the location of the house!
The description of a fully stocked kitchen was a little miss leading. The kitchen of the main house only had 1 dish towel, 1 big mixing bowl and no small storage bowls. The downstairs bathroom shower handle slides out if you slip and try to grab it. The king bedroom upstairs had sand all over the floor. The dry takes forever to dry clothes.
The guest house didn’t have any pot holders, 1 dish towel and 1 dish rag. We had to search for towels and wash rags because they were left in the dryer. One of the bikes had a flat tire.
The walls in both houses definitely need to be repainted. Overall it was a good stay!

Had a good time, there wasn't much cleaning products provided like trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent to help up keep cleanliness during stay though

Breez bungalow
The house needs some maintenance. Nails sticking out of deck. Deck stairs need fixed. The house was not very clean and dishes had food caked on them. Advertised 3 bikes but they were not in usable shape. We ran to Walmart to get things to attempt to fix them. Nice neighborhood and close to beach. We contacted company and they said they would check into items we listed.

Our family group of 20 had a good time and plenty of room at Brzee Bungalow. Main room TV didnt work but they responded right away to our enquiry. Lots of kitchen and cookware too. The beds were super comfy. Thanks for a great stay in Destin.

Berger Destin Trip
PROS:
- plenty of space for all 16 of us
- good supply of kitchen, bath, and bedroom items
- pool was very clean and fun
- great to have cable tv during relaxing times
- patio furniture was very good
CONS:
- several dishes were still dirty upon arrival (cereal in a bowl, etc.)
- the vacuum cleaner in the main house did not work.
- the internet connection did not work, and the replacement was unacceptable.
- the yard had quite a bit of trash when we got there.
- there was no propane for the gas grill.

Great value
The property has two houses perfect for either two families or one large one like ours! One block from the beach and another block from Henderson State Park makes the location perfect. Very clean and very quaint, this was a very pleasant stay.

We had a good experience at this location overall. Had trouble getting our codes at the beginning because they never sent them. The pool was dirty but after notifying them, they sent someone to clean it.

Good for a large group
This house was great for our large group of 7 kids and 10 adults. Lots of places to sleep, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms was very helpful to accommodate multiple schedules. We had a few maintenance issues which the management company repaired. My only regret was the public beach is very crowded, but a short walk to Henderson Park solved that problem for us.

Your home was super. My family really enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was only one hiccup the guest house sofa bed was broken. It was a little difficult to sleep on but other than that I was Awesome!!! We will rent from you again. Thanks for the Awesome stay:):)
