Situated in Park City, this attractive house for R 47,336 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This showcase home for Waterlilly Interiors is a looker. All flooring, fixtures, furniture, appliances, cookware and bedding were replaced as part of an extensive renovation and new carpets installed in Summer 2022. Don't take our word for it - check out the reviews! The property is perfectly situated one mile from Deer Valley Resort and two miles from downtown Park City in the quiet neighborhood of Solamere. This 5,000+ square foot property lives large across three levels. Great for multi-family vacations with numerous gathering spaces on the main level and an entertainment room in the lower level. Awesome views out every window! The main level has a well appointed chief's kitchen with dramatic white quartzite bar, large living room and formal dining room - separated by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There is also a separate den with another fireplace and LCD TV. The front of the house has Deer Valley resort view's from every window and a large wood deck for soaking in the sun after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or shopping downtown. The top level has three king bedrooms including a generous master suit with fireplace and private deck, and two spacious bedroom’s – each with en-suite bathroom and LCD TV. Finally, there is a separate front-loading washer/dryer in the upstairs hallway. The lower level has two large bedrooms with en-suite bath in each. One room is furnished with two Queen beds and the other with a King and walk out deck. The bedrooms are separated by a large entertainment room with Projector and 120" Screen, DVD, and surround sound with brand new furniture. There is also another laundry room on this level. For larger family groups, we can provide additional beds to be placed in lower level bedrooms or media room. The three-car garage has plenty of room for your vehicles and gear as well as a Ping Pong table. Large wooden deck in front, jetted hot tub and Weber Genesis gas BBQ on the back deck. In addition to world class skiing, we have beautiful hike / bike trails right out the door and a stocked fishing pond just down the street. Whatever the season, this place is an awesome getaway.

After not seeing each other for 2 years because of COVID, my family finally was able to have a reunion at this beautiful house and property!. It is just amazing! The location is perfect and the house is absolutely splendid! It's size and set up provided us with the perfect communal spaces, perfect decor and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook for twelve and seat twelve. We also enjoyed the unexpected nightly visit from the neighborhood moose:) We can't wait to go back!

Spectacular!

Fantastic stay!

Great home for a family vacation
We loved this home and Park City! There was plenty of room for the six adults and five children. Very well stocked kitchen which was great as we are a family that likes to cook. Nice great room to gather and a smaller living room area where you could watch TV. Downstairs there is a very large TV which grandkids enjoyed. Backyard is wonderful, seating area and a hot tub. We enjoyed time at a nearby sports club for the pool, river rafting, the Park City Adventure Park, mountain biking and just hanging out. This home and Park City in the summer is wonderful!

Dreamy Home - another great vacation
We absolutely love this property and have booked it again for what will be our 5th consecutive year staying here. The amenities are fabulous, the layout is perfect for a large family or three, and the location is great. Another successful ski trip!
Gorgeous home! Our third year staying there. 3 families of 4. Plenty of room and wonderful owner. Couldn’t be better with beautiful furnishings, great layout, 2 laundry rooms and a chef’s kitchen! Tip: If shipping anything, make sure to use fed ex or ups, as usps doesn’t deliver to the house and they’ll return the packages to sender rather than holding at the post office. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Brookmont has done a great job with this property. The shares spaces are very well-decorated and accommodating, and the fireplaces, in particular, are really great. Each bedroom is thoughtful and comfortable with good beds and linens and excellent bathrooms. The house's location is perfect for getting to Snow Park early and easily and without any long lines. We hope to be back for many years to come.

Fantastic Experience in Deer Valley
Review from November 2017 Guest - We are a group of 10 couples and friends that rented the property for our Thanksgiving holiday. The pictures and prior reviews sold us on this house, but it was even better in person. The kitchen was equipped for a professional chef and the dining room was exquisite. We had plenty of room for entertaining and also took full advantage of media room for movies and music. Furnishings are top quality and beds were great!
Location was excellent for access to both town and mountains - everything is less than 10 minutes away. We also appreciated being around 6000 feet as nobody got altitude sickness. Got luck with some early snow at Park City. We will be back!

Comfortable, beautifully maintained, well-appointed deluxe home!
This house, the owners, and the managers are all top notch. This was our second stay for a week in this home and we hope to be back next year. The layout is perfect for our large multi-generational family. Open kitchen, living, and dining room are great for gathering everyone, but there also two other separate sitting areas with t.v.s etc for when people want to break away. THe furnishings are wonderful, the house is well maintained, and it is very well equipped with everything you might want (from sleds in the garage to olive oil in the kitchen). THe bedrooms are all large and spacious. The kids loved the bunkroom and media room. I loved the hot tub and fire place. The kitchen is extremely well stocked- I love to cook and never wanted for anything (pots, collanders, cutting boards, knives, everything is there).
THe location is great for skiing at Deer Valley or Park City. Great audio equipment. The managers are delightful and respond to every questions, no matter how small (where are extra dish towels, how do I sync my iphone to the speakers) almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend this house to others.

Gorgeous and comfortable house in Deer Valley
This house is amazing and so well maintained and stocked! Our three families visited Deer Valley for Ski week and shared the house between 6 adults and 7 children (ages 3-11). The house is exactly as pictured. So many details that show that this is not just a rental property, but an owner's house - things like All Clad pots/pans, beautiful wine glasses and dishes, nice linens, fully stocked spice rack, the list goes on and on.
The highlight of the house is really the kitchen, which is where we spent a lot of time together. What we really appreciated is the casual eating area, which is a must with young children. In fact we did not use the beautiful formal dining room at all during our stay. The children sat in the corner nook table and the adults had the countertop, and it was all so easy and comfortable.
We also really appreciated the heated boot closet to dry our stuff overnight, as well as the mud room to hang coats and keep shoes and snow boots out of the immaculate house. We used the main fireplace several times and it was so cozy and beautiful at nights looking out through the giant windows at the trees lit up with white lights.
Solamere is a really pretty and quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the snow in the backyard after skiing each day. The location is really great too - we drove the 0.9 miles daily to Deer Valley to ski and it was a piece of cake. Getting into town to eat at restaurants or do grocery shopping was also quick and easy. We are glad we chose lower DV rather than Silver Lake or Empire for that reason.
Adam was a pleasure to work with also. We spoke on the phone in the early pre-booking stages to answer any questions about the house/amenities/location - that really sealed the deal for us - you aren't just talking to some employee with dozens of rental listings. After we made the reservation, he helped with food/activity recommendations. We enjoyed an adult only dinner at The Farm restaurant at Canyons, the Apres Ski at St. Regis, lunch at the Montage, and the DV seafood buffet.
All in all it was a fabulous week! We'd recommend the house to anyone looking to stay and ski at Deer Valley!

The best vacation home we've stayed in!
Exquisite home, beautifully equipped and furnished for our 3 families with 2 children each. Amenities were above and beyond typical rental homes, with proper cookware, supplies, and built for comfort and entertaining. I can't say enough about having 2 laundry areas for 12 as well as 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerator freezers and a boot warming room. Stunning home! Already booked for next year and hopefully the year following! Pictures do not do the home justice! Thank you for a wonderful Mardi Gras week!

Incredible house in great area of Deer Valleu
I wanted to say thank you for allowing us to use your home and it was absolutely perfect. Your house is designed so well, every detail is well thought out, and the layout was just perfect. I especially loved the view of Deer Valley mountain through the floor to ceiling windows on the main level. Absolutely spectacular and a wonderful surprise.
Adam was helpful in every way, making the booking easy, giving great advice on the local area, and taking care of any concerns we had. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to create a dream Thanksgiving dinner. It was a great holiday and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great mountain escape.

Deer Valley Weekend
My wife and I visited Deer Valley for the first time this past July. This house was amazing and we had a great time.
The house was great for entertaining. The kitchen was very large and well-equipped (multiple dishwashers, lots of fridge space, etc). The formal dining room can accommodate a large group. The interior was beautifully designed and all the furniture seemed brand new. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with a great loft upstairs available for kids. We did not have kids with us this trip but there are also bunkbeds downstairs with a separate TV area. The house is very well set up for families.
The house is located very close to town (great Restaurants, Shopping, Bars) but in a nice quiet area. The St. Regis is also just up the road, a great place for drinks at sunset!
The mountain-biking/hiking trails are some of the best and most beautiful I've seen anywhere. We did some exploring up the mountain and hiked to a small lake for a picnic. We accessed some great biking trails straight from the house. We also used free public transportation in town to help get around with the bikes.
We had a great time. We'd definitely recommend this house to anyone. We plan to come back with our family in winter to experience Deer Valley with snow!

Beautiful remodel and great for large groups!
Our large group of ladies stayed here in April at end of ski season and couldn't have been more satisfied. The interior remodel is stunning. We especially loved the open design of main living area, and the amazing kitchen with two of every appliance! Thanks so much and we hope to be back some time.

Rustic-Elegance & Excellent Location
This home gets the thumbs up from adults and kids! The owners renovated the property and it has a rustic-elegant decor. The house was clean and spacious for our two families--really we had room for a third family! Beds/bedding is very luxorious & comfortable and each room has a humidifier which is necessary in the dry climate. The owner was extremely responsive and helped us to arrange for grocery delivery thru "Grocery Girls" and shuttle transportation for our college students with "All Resorts Transportation." He also provided documentation both in advance and at the house for necessities such as grocery, liquor, and emergency facilities. The house is one mile from Deer Valley and a short 5 min drive to Park City. We enjoyed big breakfasts each morning (love that waffle iron) which energized us to ski at Deer Valley every day. The kids enjoyed soaking in the hot-tub every afternoon after skiing. We did a sleigh ride dinner at Rocky Mountain which was a fun activity for our group of 11 people ranging in age from 9-50! We absolutely recommend this property and hope to make this home our ski destination for years to come!

Wonderful place for a ski or nature vacation!
Wonderful place! We stayed there for our family friends and family ski trip and just had a fantastic time. The place is beautifully remodeled and very modern with all kinds of premium finishes and plenty of space. Highly recommended; the place will not disappoint.

Fantastic house, amazing location
This house has every amenity you could want for a getaway to Park City. There is ample space for a very large gathering, and also plenty of smaller rooms for quiet conversation and/or relaxation.
The bedrooms are configured nicely for multiple families, and the new furniture is very comfortable after a long day on the nearby slopes. The chef's kitchen has plenty of room for prep, cooking and eating to all be going on at once, and the appliances are the high quality (and quantity) that you would expect in a luxury home.
There is not a single drawback to choosing this home for your vacation.

Terrific location and beautiful property
What a stunning place! Big and open and generously appointed, but also full of cozy alpine charm. The location--tucked quietly away in a handsome neighborhood, but just around the corner from the Deer Valley base--is perfect. Everything was clean and well-maintained--obviously, the owners use the property themselves and have been thoughtful about how to decorate and arrange. Most important, from the moment we inquired about a stay, these folks really made us feel welcome. Everything we needed was provided--including tips about the area and helpful instructions on how the home and its many cool gadgets worked. Looking forward to a return in 2015!
