Great location, clean,very cozy, beautiful forest surrounding the property.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, blankets and comforters needed laundering

The property itself was great. Dealing with Vacasa was really bad. My wife and I were on a road trip with multiple destinations so we needed minimal contact with properties to make it work. Typically it is simple to get a room, you pay money and they have everything arranged for you. Vacasa had a unique way of making it difficult to book their places. Eight page contracts you need to print (who has access to a printer on the road?) and fax to them (it’s 2020 and fax is dead), Windows without curtains in Alaska in summertime that conveniently show the bed to neighbors, WiFi that doesn’t work, etc. All in, we had to contact Vacasa six times to sort things out. The apartment is beautiful but I don’t think it is worth the hassle.
