Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Sunrise Suites is a terrific place to get away from it all. Suite 311 is clean and well-appointed, and the walk along the ocean front is a wonderful way to wake up.

The unit was spacious but dated. The location was okay but not in walking distance of any sights. Plane noise was annoying but not unexpected because of previous reviews.

The accommodation was very clean and very well equipped. Everything yu could possibly need was on hand. Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the terrace was a pleasure with wide open views. Communication with the owner and guest services was great.

Perfect for our vacation. enjoyed the kitchen especially. the pool was relaxing. the beds were very comfortable. would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The Sunrise suites Condo was a wonderful stay! It was clean and quiet. We had a corner unit which was great traveling with an autistic son.. Vacasa called each day to check on us, Great company.. This was not our first time booking with Vacasa, each time their homes have been truly enjoyable. Just wish the 10am check out was later, but in all, we will continue to book with them. Thank you ☺️

Their was 4 of us Women and this place was clean, roomy with all the amenities you could want along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was great also.

Very clean. Plenty of paper products. Kitchen nicely stocked. Descent view...no water/beach to speak of. Easy check in-out. Beds were comfortable. Not close to the Duval St area, but not a bad drive.

Location & amenities were good - loved walking on the paths near the water. An easy Uber ride to Duval St. Easy check out process.

We had a great 5 days!
There were 3 of us and the place could comfortably house more people -- 4 would be perfect, but 6 will work too. The condo is well maintained, immaculately clean and with everything working properly. I loved the balcony which faces north so it remains out of the sun the whole day. It's easy enough to go down to the pool, which is a few steps from the building, to get some sun and heated swimming when you want more activity. The condo is about a thousand feet from the ocean walk along the Atlantic Ocean and less than two miles from Smathers Beach. It's about 5 miles from Duval St. but you get the peace and quiet of the area and still be about a 15-minute drive from the heart of town.

This condo was perfect for Two friends to hang out. A few minor things in condo, but NOTHING to make me not happy to recommend. This is an end unit #311, so very little noise.

The condo was clean overall with a great pool/hot tub. Property is right next to airport so you will hear air traffic. Needs new bed as the mattress was very uncomfortable in the master bedroom and new couch as it’s worn along with some other updates but it’s good for the price.

The room was very nice. On arrival it was clean and ready for us. There were a couple of maintenance problems. Water was coming up between the boards in the kitchen area. And the sliding doors to the balcony would not lock. Since this was the fourth level up I wasn’t concerned about it. Our unit was a two bedroom, two bath unit with a living room and a kitchen. The balcony looked west to the city. Breakfast on the balcony was a real treat. Sunset from the balcony was beautiful. We were a party of two adults and three teenagers. We had plenty of room. Yes I would stay there again.

In both situations, some type of early notification just so we know someone is coming the room would have helped (a phone call, email, etc.).

Weekend getaway
The location was perfect. Easy commute anywhere on the island, and a beautiful drive to there. The apartment was very clean, there were extra towels and seperate pool towels. The rooms were plenty big enough.

Condo was comfortable and clean; very pleasant interior. Easy elevator or stairs access to unit. Also close to pool. Short drive to downtown Key West. We did experience initial problems with AC not working but was still comfortable just with ceiling fans (Feb) and soon mgmt had it repaired. Will stay here again when we return to KW.
