The condo has great space for 5 of us. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with enough essentials. Vacasa maintained good communication leading up to our trip and while we were there. Pool and hot tub were a hit, as was the pond area with all the turtles, birds, & iguanas. The location is quite a ways away from Duval, but convenient to a few beaches and the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Great accommodations. I was surprised how quiet this place was being so close to the airport. We rode bikes down to Duval every day, nice ride. The place was very comfortable for our group of 4. Would absolutely book this place again.

Pool and spa area wonderful and water temperature great. Laundry room locked and had to call and email to gain access. Restrooms at pool locked. Nice quiet location. Easy access to everything in key west. Would stay in the same facility again but not same unit. Ice maker makes hammer noises. Red chairs in living room bizarre. Blue curtains??
Everyone we dealt with was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in making us comfortable

This 2 bedroom was just what we were looking for, clean, quiet, & spacious. It was hundreds cheaper than other 2 bedroom units we looked at. Just be prepared to have to travel! It just seemed far from everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean. Lots of towels, soap, shampoo. Regular coffee maker and coffee to get you started . Lots of pots and pans. Very nice pool and hot tub. By the airport but not many flights so didn’t bother us. Nice patio. Would definitely stay again

2 stars for Locking the locked at 10 am on the dot while we were late getting back to check out. Locking all our belonging inside while we were outside in our bathing suit. Calling to have it unlock was a nightmare, from getting manager approval to onsite manager with a promise to call back. Yeah right. We end up asking the nice cleaning lady to let us inside to pack up and leave. Thanks Vacasa for ruin our vacation. Yes, We are on vacation for crying out loud !!
Also the last picture of the walkway to the beach is a misrepresentation. The beach is couple miles away.
Never again. Please stay away.

Check out was 10 AM on the dot, we got back a little after 10 and got lockout with our luggage inside. Contact Vacasa to open the door was a nightmare. Finally hung up and talked to the nice cleaning lady to open the door for us to pack up an leave. This is suppose to be a vacation rental, but having a strict 10 AM check out is bad business. Even Hotel have a 11 AM check out but still flexible for late check out. Never again. Bye Vacasa.

This place was just ok. I realize properties and hotels in Key West are expensive (this was ~$500/night), but this was just ok. Door handles falling off...kind of bare bones. The type of place that in most major markets would be around 20% of the cost. There was a washer/dryer closet, but it had been removed. Several door handles lose/almost falling off, etc. If you're looking for something that "gets the job done", maybe this is it. If you're looking for something more than that, this is not it.

Very clean, two full bathrooms, and comfortable beds. When the lock combination didn't work, this was resolved in about a half hour.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and nice complex with pool across parking lot. Only issue was no washer and dryer in the unit and for us not a deal breaker but we’d pack much differently if we knew we couldn’t wash on our trip. Overall great place if you don’t care about being close to Duvall.

It's an easy access coming into Key West, and the checking in was easy also, no going by the office to get in to the suite, keyless entry, and parking is a great thing.

Everything was great. The location was close to everything but removed enough. Facilities were all clean and apartment was very comfortable and attractive

Not happy with additional fee
Room was clean, lots of room. Saved a little $$ and cooked breakfast. Comfortable beds, however the additional 90+ fee added, made it a hard pillow to swallow. Will not book again.

Private deck was another highlight as well as having 2 bed/2 baths. There is also a pool that goes to 9ft and has chairs available for laying out. Right next to pool is a pedestrian bridge and you can see turtles swimming. I was contacted 2-3x during my stay to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and it was. Great place for 2 couples and a small child or 2 could likely sleep on the couch too if needed. Only 1 mile from 2 different Starbucks and a few breakfast joints before pulling into busier part of Keywest. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is as pictured, had plenty of towels and necessities, and THE MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on (the King size)! We used the pull out couch for a bed, not as comfortable of course, but it worked for our "party of 5". Kitchen was great, we cooked some meals to save a little money eating out during out Key West stay. We stayed at Sunrise Suites 10 years ago (different room/same lay out), and plan to return again. Highly recommend!

The condo is as pictured, had plenty of towels and necessities, and THE MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on (the King size)! Enjoyed our stay in Key West
The facility was lovely. Check in and check out were easy, we loved the pool facilities, location was good. We rented bikes on site which was great - very bikeable area. The condo itself could use some updates but was overall fine since we spent little time indoors.
Would definitely use Vacasa again.

Pretty basic
I enjoyed my stay but the TV remote was missing so no way to watch, pillows are too big, look pretty but uncomfortable. The dryer still doesn’t work as others have stated.
The price was on the low side for Key West so that was nice. Kitchen could use more items. Overall decent. We made do.

The parking situation is terrible, with other residents/guests taking up multiple parking spaces with trucks/trailers/motorcycles, so if you stay out late enjoying KW's nightlife, expect to have trouble finding a spot to park past 10 pm. The dryer in this unit also was not in proper working order. We had to go find a laundromat to dry our clothes. Overall, though, it's still a decent value given what some places in KW are currently charging per night. Just don't come expecting a "resort" experience.

This was clean condo and updated. The only thing I’d say is a miss is the dryer taking forever to dry clothes and that wall where they put the washer dryer needs patched.

This location is perfect for a couples trip!
It was 10 minutes away from everything we wanted- Ubering was very affordable. The apartment/condo was easy to access, and the home managers were very easy to get ahold of. They were very accommodating and gave us a great recommendation for jet skiing!
The home itself was very clean, amenities were easy to use, the balcony was big enough for all four of us to hang out on! Not to mention the most beautiful view of a sunset. You should absolutely stay here!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Good gym. Fun to watch/feed the turtles from the little bridge. Very clean. Could use a water filter for making coffee . Hot water runs out quickly. Comfy bed, comg
