The inside of the property was great, it was clean and cozy, and it was decorated beautifully, but the outside patio needs painting, and the driveway needs repair and the weeds to be pulled out. As you are walking in, it is decieivng, becuase you see the neglect, but you walk in, and are pleasantly surprice how pretty and cozy the cabin was. We really enjoyed out stay. Lots of hot water, shower felt great after being out in the freezing gold, after the fire work show. We made beautiful memories hers. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin.

My husband and I had a great time staying here, the location was perfect for all we wanted to do and the overall check in process was simple and easy. One thing to note about this stay is that the drive way is very difficult to get in and out of due to a massive gap between the drive way and the road, if our car was any lower we would’ve ruined our bumper. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would definitely be willing to stay here again!

Everything was dated and borderline dirty. No dishwasher. Space heaters weren’t enough to warm the rooms. No light in the laundry room / hallway.
Overall very disappointing since it wasn’t cheap either.

I didn’t complete my stay I left after checking in , the place was not clean and beautiful as the picture showed . Very smelly and disappointed after all!

Property is small and cozy (pictures try to make it look huge !) Its quite cold in winter since only a wall heater is available. No hot water in bathroom sink (or it takes forever). Dress warm, bundle up.

Super comfy, nice place. Cozy for winter time activities and small family. The location is not walking distance to anything, especially if during winter with snow. That piece threw me off, I swear listing said walk to village. Then the kitchen could use a few more kitchen tools, like a cheese shredder, but it gets it done and it's very comfortable, nice layout for a tiny place. Management is prompt.

Little Bear is a nice property. It is clean, cute, quaint, close to amenities, located in a quiet area, appointed with fresh linens and the heater that is in good working order. I would stay there again. My only issue with Little Bear is that the water pressure in the shower is TERRIBLE - please replace the shower head ASAP. Thank you!

Little Bear cottage
Quaint little cottage in a perfect location to explore all the Big Bear has to offer or just chill out and do nothing. Will definitely look to rent this place again.

We have stayed at several cabins there in Big Bear over the years and were a bit disappointed with this one. Most places we have rented supply their guests with the basic spices and coffee filters if they have a coffee pot available. They also supply paper towels and baking pans, etc., in case guests decide they want to bake something. At least the basics. The loveseat was EXTREMELY uncomfortable because the springs mostly on the left side were broke and you sank when you sat down. The opposite side wasn't much better. We didn't even try the side share because it too looked quite uncomfortable. Most likely we would not rent this cabin again.

Quick escape from LA heat
Very nice cabin.

An affordable place to lay your head
This cabin served its purpose for a short trip where we spent most of our time on the the ski slopes. Not the cleanest accommodations and it took hours for the place to heat up in unbearable temperatures. Don't forget to empty the garbage or you'll be charged an additional twenty five dollars!

Cute Little Bear cabin
This property is in a great location, close to the ski resorts, downtown Big Bear, and the lake. The pictures accurately depict the cabin.
The cabin was quaint and quiet. It was fortunate that there were a few plug-in heaters as the wall heater didn't quite warm up the cabin.
The bed linens were less than desirable. They were hard, scratchy and did not properly stay on the mattress. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Fortunately, there were extra pillows in the closets.
Overall, this is a cute, quiet property for a small family in a great location.

Cute little cabin
This cabin was just what we were looking for! We were very happy we could bring our 2 dogs. The patio area was great! We blocked off the entrance using the baby gate we brought (there was in a closet already though) so the dogs could just hangout on the patio with us without being leashed. We would definately recommend this place! And possibly come back some day!

Little bear cabin
We had a great time in big bear!
The cabin was cozy and cute, but there were not any fitted bed sheets, and none of the bedspreads fit! The front porch table is very unstable and the porch itself leans considerably!
All of the window blinds were on the verge of breaking!
We had to wait an extra half hour to get the key, check in time was at 4:00 and we didn’t get the key until 4:30.
Will probably do a little more research on our next trip
Thank you
