There are three roomy bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area for everyone to gather. Best of all, it sits right on the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico and includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (seasonally provided). And that’s just one of this homes’ perks! It also features a recently remodeled outdoor community pool…..or just relax and share a meal on the large balcony. Crystal Villas is located in the highly desirable area of Crystal Beach and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses and attractions. Plus your rental comes with the exclusive Newman Dailey virtual gift card. You can’t go wrong with this highly desirable beach property! This property does not have an elevator. This complex is 100% SMOKE FREE. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Location was great! We were able to see Dolphins swim by from the deck. Condo layout was good for our group. Would stay here again.

Great time-perfect location-beautiful location-condo a little bit dated but clean(-sloped entrance)-no elevator but easy access. Reasonably priced for time of year.Overall Four and one half stars.

The condo was as pictured. The check in and out process was very easy. Response to our Wifi issue was prompt. The view was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. Just bring your spices. The only issues we had were that there were no elevators and we seen a cockroach twice. Not one of the big Florida one's, but normal household roaches. We over looked the bugs and just removed them because its Florida and in condos shared with other guests so we chalked it up to that. However, it did make me worry we might bring a little critter home. I would also suggest this condo for a family with children and not 6 adults due to loft bedroom and tiny twin size bedroom. All in all it served its purpose for us and we were happy with our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Unit was very clean and straightforward, good size and felt very open, good ocean view. Location was nice and smaller condominium sizes around meant the beach wasn't packed even during a relatively busy time.
Pool was fine but pool community bathroom was a biohazard.

Loved the condo., loved the view!!! All things we needed to cook and make drinks. 3rd bedroom no window very small, probably only for kids (we were 6 adults). All the codes to get into beach, pool were not listed at first, but newman was very responsive. Easy to walk to many places.

Very nice condo right on the beach! Plenty of room! Close to restaurants & shopping! The only downfall was the temp did not cooperate until the day we left for home! It was cold, but that didn’t stop the kiddos from playing in the sand & water! Would stay again!

Amazing private beach. Only downfall was the dryer didn’t work but the management company was very responsive and did all they could to make it right. Things happen, but it was handled well! The kids said multiple times that it was the best vacation ever!

Spacious and accommodating. Only downsides were small, tight parking lot and no elevator. We will stay here again. Plenty of beach space.

First off, the view and location was awesome!!! The beach was private so there never was too many people. And, the chair/umbrella guy was super friendly :)
The condo itself was sub-par. We killed two huge roaches, there is cracks on the walls, mold on the ceilings, crayon marks on the stairs, dirty grout in the shower, and I had to tighten the shower head because it was leaking. It also wasn't cleaned very well. There was still sand on the floor and a few pieces of trash on the patio. The furniture in the living area was also uncomfortable.
The facility was also sub-par with the pool always being dirty, the path to the beach being really sketchy with standing, gross looking water from the AC units which are also old, rusty, and a really eye-sore.
All in all, great location and views but for just over $3k, I'd stay somewhere else.

You could see the sunrise and sunset from the beach front balcony.
The condo was very cute and clean. Plenty of sleeping for 6, even tho we only had 3 of us it really was not that big in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked. The second week we could hear a family with a bunch of kids through the walls and the pool was not heated. And it cost way more than I thought when I signed up. However, I would stay there again. Thanks!

Can get easily In and out of this location. Parking lot a little tough with longer suv. Great access to food and stores.

Great location, crooked floors
Cute property right on the beach- only problem is, I tend to get vertigo and sea sickness easier than most, the unlevel floors throughout the entire apartment we very weird and made me a little nauseated the first night. The hallway leading to the 3rd story is on a crazy slant- it’s so weird- I don’t know how the building passes inspection- I thought it was going to fall apart right then and there. I would have loved to be made aware that this was the case before we went. The neighbors we met as we first arrived said it’s been like that since they started coming 15 years ago so I just shrugged it off and figured it was safe. Would have liked a warning about it from the owner and it wouldn’t have been so upsetting.

Good but not for the price
We rent a condo on the beach every spring break. This was the most expensive rental we’ve utilized and it wasn’t worth it. It was nice, but not for what we paid or where we have stayed in the past. The bathroom sink and the bathroom tub were clogged and didn’t drain well. The bathroom doorknob was broken and barely opened. The dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes. We ran it twice and nothing was clean. There is not a place for recyclables. The tile grout was strained and dirty. On a positive note, having 2 chairs and an umbrella everyday was awesome, the bedding was clean along with the majority of the condo. It was nice, but not compared to places we’ve stayed at before which were cheaper.

We were impressed that when a hose sprung a leak at the station where you get the sand off, it was replaced the very next day! Impressive!
The condo was very clean and well equipped.
This didn't bother us, but the large guest room (not master) is basically a bonus room upstairs. The stairs open to it, and only a half wall looking out to the living area. The AC is a little loud and if people are watching tv both downstairs and upstairs, there is a bit of dueling sounds going on! There is not a door on both sides of the bathroom, so if you are in the large guest room and want privacy, you need to go into the small area where the toilet and shower are. Again, for us, not a big deal.
The kids' room is very small but worked fine for our 8 and 10 year old.
There is no real pantry, so I cleared out part of a cabinet and put food there. Also used the top of the fridge. Minor inconvenience.
Overall a great experience and would come again.

Amazing vacation!!
Third time to Destin in the past 5 years. We loved this property 😍. The location is amazing and isn't as busy as the last places we stayed at. The beach is literally steps away.

Condo was very pretty and well-stocked. The upstairs is pretty tight - not for 4 adults, but good for kids. Would rent again.

Will Do Again
We were impressed with the property. We have stayed at the same resort for over 17 years but different units. We needed a larger space as the family as grown and this fit our needs perfectly. We always stay at Crystal Villas and will continue to for many years to come.

Great location, internet is terrible
Location is perfect. Pool is nice. Internet is about as bad as can be. Unable to keep connected reliably for work where needed.
Outside the internet being awful, the stay was a very good value. Also, Sarah and Newman-Dailey was a big help dealing with the Covid restrictions.
Location is critical for me, and this delivered as I hoped. Not everything was perfect, but totally met my expectations.

Nice place to stay with family. A minor problem taken care of quickly by housekeeping. The office staff were very nice and informative when I was checking in.
