The staff was very attentive, especially the receptionist Anne, who helped us a lot.

Breakfast is a little limited in options and in one of the meals, the fried dishes were very greasy.

Good location, clean room

Very terrible audibility in the room, outside and inside the hotel. Sounds from the elevator can be heard all night. Sounds from people returning at night too.

Hotel was nice, looking lie new or well renovated. Equipment furniture and cleanliness were good.

Little bit too far from the center

Breakfast was very average, not to say poor. No specially dedicated place for smoking on the floors.

While booking this hotel I looked at its rating. Rating was very good and I booked the hotel. But it was extremely very bad decision of my travelling history to choose this hotel. It started when I reached hotel at early morning before check in time. The lady at reception didn't allowed me to even sit and wait rather she asked me to pay more (50% of a day) and she will let me check-in. Having no option I paid them for 4 hours (50% of a full day) and she let me in. Breakfast was far inferior and that was too controlled by the hotel that they allowed you only ONE slice cut in 2 pieces and an egg with a cup of coffee. I stayed here for 7 days but I did breakfast only two days and preferred to have breakfast at some other places. Then on next day my customer came to discuss business and we sat in business room. When my customer left the lady at reception asked me to pay for the meeting because I used the place. Have anyone heard of this before? That was a ridiculous and unbelievable. Wash basin was chocked and water was not flowing...but it was cleaned by staff and problem was solved. Overall the hotel was far below than what I paid and what I expected as compared to other quality hotels around. Would never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel at this high price.
