В номере холодно, в туалете ледяной пол, нет замка, дверь не закрывается Сначала дали номер, в котором буквально невозможно развернуться, даже чемодан некуда поставить. Потом поменяли на побольше. Цена вообще не соответствует. На входе скользко

I thank the employees of Aseel and Sergey for their good treatment and giving me tourist information about the places. The hotel is in a great location, clean, and the breakfast was delicious

The hotel is in a very good location. We booked the room without window and it was perfectly fine because you have the option to switched on the aircond if you feel stuffy. Breakfast was good too with many choices and different hot dishes on different days.

The pictures shown in their hotel descriptions are all with windows. Therefore do not expect it to look anything like that when you book rooms with no windows. The tap and shower will give you either very hot water or very cold water. It didn't have a good warm water flow due to it's tap system. The lobby is not a lobby because it was just a counter and definitely did not suit the name PREMIUM.

1. Не работает замок. Мне его отказались чинить, менять номер или возвращать деньги. Нет и все 2. Грязное постельное. Изначально были желтые подушки, их поменяли. Остальное с виду не грязное, но не выглядит как то что постирали 3. Нет лифта и много этажей

staffs in night shift are good.

Air condition can't be closed in first day, doesn't work in second day. It's either too cold or too hot. I can't understand...

Only spent one night here, not sure why the negative reviews and such a poor rating. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were OK. If it hadn’t been booked up the following few days I would have stayed longer here.

No AC in the room so it was too warm.

The staff is very dishonest. Even though my first stay had finished, and I asked to change rooms while renewing my stay, they charged me 15,000 tenge for no reason.

😡There was confusion in rooms , photos and descriptions shown on booking.com site are different than actual rooms , I booked superior double room but in hotel record it was just double room which is very very small size and they asked more money for the room which I booked , but thanks to booking.com for helping me to change room. Pl Change photos and description on booking.com site so that people will not get confused . As per Hotel Receptionist Superior double room is just double room for Hotel and the photos and descriptions on booking.com site was for suit so we need to book suit also same breakfast for all days no change 😡
