Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Hotel in a great location, 5 minutes walk to old town square, plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars in the area.

The walls were as thin as paper, the people in the room next to us came back early hours in the morning and were very loud and lary, we had no sleep, even the next night when they were just talking amongst themselves, we heard every word.

Can hear every noise in the building from people Going up and down the stairs to closing doors, Talking in corridor and even next doors TV, no sound dampening.

The room was very clean and was comfortable

Extremely loud at night. Doors were constantly banging at all hours of the night, people shouting and screaming and music playing very loud. Walls are paper thin so for this reason I would not recommend.

Ubytovanie vyzeralo byť zrekonštruované len pred pár rokmi, čiže všetko bolo ako nové. Izba bola pekne štýlovo zariadená. Veľká a veľmi pohodlná postel. Taktiež veľký sprchovací kút a výborná čistota kúpeľne. Naozaj perfektná poloha v centre mesta, čiže všade sme chodili pešo. Vôbec sme nepotrebovali používať MHD. Výborný pomer cena/kvalita ubytovania.

V informáciách bol uvádzaný výhľad. V skutočnosti ale stojí pred hotelom ďalšia budova, čiže výhľad nebol absolútne žiadny. Dvere do izby boli len z tenkého dreva, preto bolo počuť úplne všetko z chodby. Okná sú taktiež pôvodné drevené, čo by nevadilo, ale bol veľký problém s ich zatváraním a taktiež bolo dosť počuť hluk z ulice. V izbe nebola klimatizácia a keď sme sa večer vrátili na izbu tak bola dosť vyhriata (na izbe bol ale veľký ventilátor ktorý dokázal izbu za pár minút vyvetrať). Na netflix sa treba prihlásiť svojim súkromným účtom (čakali sme že už bude predplatený na TV). Nenechajte sa ale týmto odradiť lebo inak je ubytovanie naozaj výborné.

Location is perfect - less than 5 minutes walk to Old Town square. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby which was a plus “. Tram and metro stations located very closely to the hotel and everywhere was in walking distance. Exceptional service from staff and rooms were warm, cozy and very clean. Great value for money - I would definitely stay here again when I come back!

AC wasn’t working in our room, however the heating from the radiators in the room kept it very warm in the January cold.

Could be a bit noisy at night, if you’re a light sleeper might not be for you. Not from the street outside but from the corridor outside your room and other rooms adjacent to yours. Was quiet most of the time but people came in late and were slamming doors and shouting etc. which woke us up a few times.

La posizione è ottima, davvero molto centrale e comoda da raggiungere, vicina alla fermata della metro. La camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Apprezzata l'idea di mettere a disposizione del cliente la macchinetta della Nespresso con le capsule che veniva rifornite ogni giorno.

La stanza mi è piaciuta molto. Era calda, con una bella finestra grande, il letto comodo e un bel bagno. Apprezzatissima la macchina del caffè. Eccezionale la posizione. Unica piccola pecca, mancava il kit di cortesia in bagno.

Prachtige kamer en badkamer. Het hotel ligt heel centraal. Om de hoek lag de grote Kerstmarkt en vanuit het hotel was alles goed aan te lopen. De auto kon in de parkeergarage op 5 minuten lopen van het hotel.

Central location. Massive room which was clean and bright. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom with shower.

El personal fue muy borde. El dia que volvimos hubo un tiroteo cerca del hotel. A la hora que fuimos a buscar el transporte publico nos fue imposible porque estaba todo vallado por la policia. Volvimos al hotel para que nos pidieran un taxi o almenos nos ayudaran y a parte de reirse, nos dijieron que esta mañana nos habian preguntado si necesitabamos traslado (cosa que no era verdad)y habiamos dicho que no. Le dije que habia habido un tiroteo y que no podiamos coger el transporte y su contestacion si lo se y no te voy a pedir un taxi. Asi que "gracias" por ayudarnos.

Hermosa habitación, impecable estado del edificio. Tiene ascensor, muy útil para alcanzar los pisos superiores con equipaje.

Leider konnten wir keinen Schlaf finden, weil das Haus sehr, sehr hellhörig ist.

The property was very stylish looked exactly like the photos. Extremely clean the beds were sooo comfortable. Staff were so lovely and very helpful when needed. Location is perfect 5 minuet walk from the old town. The fan was a lovely touch.

Could be a little loud in the mornings due to outside noise but nothing to bad. Rooms were warm when coming in but windows were able to be opened to give a lovely fresh breeze.

The location is great, it's very close to the Old Town Square where the Astronomical Clock is located. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly, you can also get a 10% voucher for breakfast at their partner's place Cathedral Cafe - we really enjoyed a hidden garden and the food there so would recommend to try it out as well. The parking is in a different location, approx 10 minutes walk from the apparent where you'll find the underground parking lot. You need to pay for it there.

The sound isolation of the apartment itself is ok, but you can hear every single person who's going through the corridor where the apartment is located and it's pretty loud. Other than this, everything was great.

Perfekte Lage, stylish und sauber. Man ist wirklich schnell überall. Es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer 😍Im Sommer werden die Räume recht heiß, aber das hält man aus.

It was so hot in the rooms and was only provided a small fan. The hallways was cooler then the bedrooms.

Room had no air-conditioning at all

The hotel is located very centrally, only a couple minutes by foot from the old town as well as the riverfront. There are also tram stops and metro stops nearby. The staff were very friendly, and storing our luggage at reception after check-out was no problem.

As there is no air conditioning, a certain amount of discomfort is to be expected when the weather is hot. However, the hotel did have a standing fan in the room which helped. Given that the building is older, there are a few steps to climb with luggage regardless of what floor your room is on.

The art deco style of the rooms, the staff were helpful and friendly, brilliant central location!

There wasn’t anything to dislike!

Had a great stay in this location it is close to walk to most major sights. Coffee machine was a big bonus, staff were friendly, quiet street, I would recommend this hotel.
