the reception is easy to reach and the team is always willing to support. It's been the second time we stayed there and the next time we'll stay for sure again!
The pillows are quite high would be good to have some varieties of pillows.

Location was awesome - close to metro and train stations.
A lot of space in the room - babies were very happy to explore its every side.
I do not like access codes, but it is just my personal opinion.
TV should have local channels or SmartTV functions.

No AC, the availability of the reception wasn't enough.

Location is close to the city centre, with perfect commute.
Be aware of this appartments (and network). They filled Hotels's currency in EUR, not in CZK, but mentioned that currency will be in CZK in notes. So, I paid with EUR card an extra 75 EUR for the currency conversion from EUR to CZK. While the transaction was authorized I contacted the support and asked to remove the authorization and charge my other card in CZK. Customer support didn't answer for messages at all, and I was charged that 75 EUR fee.
Booking.com didn't solve that issue, so I assume it's fraud. Shame in property and shame on booking. Very disappointed as Genius 3 level customer.

Water pressure was very low and at one or two moment no water at all. Also the water in the kitchen did not run away. At last there was a marathon, such events is maybe good to say to the guests on forehand. We could not get the car to the appartment because of this but had to leave at 10 am with two small children.

location and place were fab
they have a very old lift that kept waking us up every time it worked! the property had double windows and yet it would make us jump every night! you can’t control other people getting in at 3 am but the lift announced every movement and it wasn’t welcome!

We had to change location because initial apartment is not handicapped friendly.

the vibe of the apartment was pleasantly retro, but the refurbished bathrooms etc. were quite comfortable.

Clean, close to metro and trams. Close to the Charles bridge. Washing machine was very basic (40 min. cycle took over 1.5 hours) but helpful as we were there for 5 nights. Cleaners were friendly and exchanged any used towels after 3 days. Loved the quality soap in bathrooms.
Being given a code for doors was much easier than having to collect keys (in previous years, which we can see was an issue in prior reviews). All the streets are cobbled and you have to carry a suitcase rather than pull it. Only being given the code 24 hours ahead was stressful as our phone cover was poor and we were relying on wifi and we travelled a long distance to reach Prague. 48 hours ahead would be a calmer process.
This apartment was our biggest disappointment on our European travels, so far. It was so noisy that we couldn't wait to leave. The kitchen was also very basic (2 pots, no lids). There were no 'thoughtful touches' such as teabags, coffee, sugar for weary travellers and there are no grocery shops within walking distance (and we are big walkers). There are small asian-type shops scattered around where you can buy milk and weed... yes, there were more marijuana shops in Prague than grocery stores. We thought we were "splurging" for 5 nights over Christmas. We were in a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor: the apartment front windows (where our adult son had to sleep on the sofabed) are literally 3 metres from the tram tracks so the appartment rumbles day and night. The double-glazing does help cut the tram, cars, ambulance sounds significantly but it is still something to be aware of.
A small thing, but the ceiling art is erotic and made our teenage son uncomfortable as his sofabed was directly under it.
Our biggest issue, though, was the NOISY lift which travels on the outside of the building, right outside the main bedroom balcony.. We struggled to get to sleep due to the neighbour's baby crying for long periods as well as general noise and then the lift woke us every time it was used. 2am seemed to be a common time to use it multiple times?!
As others have mentioned, if you open the bedroom doors to the balcony, you close them again due to Indian restaurant smells.
Never again.

Very good check in/our system. The apartment was beautiful with so much space & all the facilities you could need.
The location is 10/10. We would recommend to anyone.

The location was very good
It would have been nice to have coffee and tea in the room

The property is well situated for sightseeing, food and drinks, also plenty big enough for 2 people and equips for self catering.
The entrance is a little dirty and dark.

The property location is excellent and the space is large. It's slightly dated but comfortable.
There was a water issue from day one. First there was no hot water. The technician came twice to sort it out. Then the water completely stopped. We were given another apartment. There too the water stopped. It was irritating to call them again and again. Hope they fix it. Avoid apartment 7 as it's quite dated. Try for apartment 6 for 2 Bedroom.

The location is really good, and the apartment is quite big with 2 set of bath/shower facility so it’s quite good for a family.
The whole service and communication.
1: our key code was sent with a lot of online check in information that we needed to fill in ourself, I found it quite irritating as you are not knowing if one step goes wrong you wouldn’t able to get someone to help.
2: on our key code and access info page saying our apartment is located on first floor, but it’s actually on 3rd. It’s not easy to find the apartment entrance and when we got in we were confused with the floor info so we phone the number given, the person answer the phone had a poor English, and saying she doesn’t really know our apartment and detail and gave us another place to phone. We then phoned the number but, the line never got answered.
3: once you got into the apartment, they display a QR code for communication but it’s not link to something like whatapp or any webpage, so we still needed up using only email to access for any help and information.
4. On the last day we are leaving, we know it’s 10 o’clock check out, and unfortunately we took extra 9 minutes to use the toilet before we go (as everywhere in Prague charge you for toilet), when we about to wash our hands, they cut off ALL WATER SUPPLY, so we couldn’t wash our hand. And again, there’s no other way we could phone or contact the place immediately so we left the property without washing our hands after the toilet. We found it really rude, yes it’s 10 mins more but you could have told us, If you are going to do it or at least give a warning.
5: you have to go somewhere else to drop your luggage and it’s quite a walk, the reception looks so unprofessional with 3 people sitting there and the girl helped us to put the luggage was so cold and rude.
6: the lift is bad and slow
7: again with the communication system like that, I don’t feel safe and I felt like if something really goes wrong, I won’t be able to get help.

Being in Prague, each time I choose a different location to visit a different part of the city, this time I decided on the location at Rudlofinium, right next to the Charles Bridge. The location of the facility is very good for city trips and sightseeing. Apartment was bright, and have good public transport connections, but this is where its advantages end.
If you don't care about wasting time away, better find another place. On the first day we reported no water, we received information that the fault was being repaired and everything would be ok. After an hour the water came back, but for one shower ... another phone call, another hour, we left the place 2 hours later. After returning, another fault. No flush in the toilet, 21:00, telephone, a person will come to repair. The technician came, he tried to repair the damage until about 23:00, unfortunately did not have damaged part. The morning toilet was done without a flush. While we were away, the defect was fixed. It should also be mentioned that the apartment is rented to stay for 4 people with an uncomfortable fold-out sofa, on which the back asked for a standing sleep.
The lack of any soundproofing, noise from nearby bars and public transport from the street, from the courtyard in the case of louder neighbors, everything was heard as through a megaphone. The restaurant is relatively clean, but you can see that it was renovated some time ago. I recommend registering online.

The location in the centre of Prague and the apartment as such are ok. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and some basic equipment (but no coffee or similar as in many other hotels).
The handling of the booking and of our stay was not adequate at all. 1. The payment was taken from the credit card some days in advance, even though we wanted to pay on site (with a different credit card because of different budgets). We ask to repay the amount so that we could pay on the spot instead - they refused. 2. We received a code instead of the option of meeting someone at a reception. OK - but when we entered the code, we could get into the building but not into the apartment. We tried to call by phone to clarfiy - nobody answered. We got into the apartment only by chance since we happened to run into some other guests. It turned out that the apartments had been changed - and nobody had told us!! 3. The toilet flush was half broken when we arrived. After 1 day it was completely broken. We called, they sent someone, but the person didn't fix the problem. When we returned in the evening, we called again. Then, they got really unfriendly and didn't believe us that they toilet really didn't work. They asked to send us a picture/video, but the link to which we were supposed to send it didn't work. When we complained, they showed us that they thought we were stupid. In the end, they didn't answer our calls anymore. The next day, they fixed it - but we had been without a functioning toilet for more than 24 hours. Of course, no compensation were offered, not even apologies.
Any time you need to call them, you are put in a waiting line and need to wait for some minutes, even if you had just called before. And sometimes they don't answer at all.
Wifi was weak.
In the middle of the night (4 a.m.) the TV suddenly went on.
In total - simply bad service and a lack of caring for the guests.
There is an elevator, but if you really need it, it won't help you - it stops in between two floors, so to get into the 3rd floor, for instance, you need to climb half a floor and get off between the 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th floor and climb again.

Very nice appartment near Rudolfinum. So one can walk to all the sights easily. Plenty of restaurants around. Appartment with large, high rooms, refurbished with style, kitchen well equipped.

Location is amazing. RIGHT next to the tram and the metro. The apartment was huge with two big bedrooms, a nice living room (with pull out bed), and dining/kitchen area. We used the dining room as my sons bedroom (in a crib). Even though the apartment was on a busy street, it was VERY quiet. The bedrooms are in the back of the unit and the windows provide excellent insulation. We will definitely stay here again.
I wish there was enough dish soap and diswasher tabs to last the whole trip. We were there for a week and had to buy our own dish soap and laundry soap on day two of the trip. The washing machine in our unit also didn't work very well. Finally, the crib provided was kind of old and unstable. It collapsed every night under my son. Fortunately he is a very deep sleeper so he didn't notice, but it is still distressing.
