Perfect location, quiet, very nice staff, good breakfast with all I needed and like (including a lot of fruits, freshly baked pastry etc). Eduroam wifi (the owner of the hotel is technical university in Prague)

Showers and toilets are basic and may need some renovation sooner or later but everything was clean and ok.

Nice location cosy hotel and amazing breakfast and staff. Its the second time here and we enjoyed it.

Very friendly staff with large comfortable beds, the room was really clean and the location of the hotel was tremendous. Toilet and bathroom also separate with a large shower, staff also really helpful and eager to help out :)

The breakfast isn't incredibly varied, but it's definitely enough to keep you going and to relax a little.

It was near to city center.

Beds were uncomfortable.. There were hot water supply pipes near the bed. The room was small.

The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location of the hotel is convenient and really close to the centre of city, all central sightseeing places are on walking distance. The room that I have been upgraded to was just fine, even though the first impression of the hotel room I got was far from being desired.

I was not lucky to get a fine room when I first checked into the hotel. I got a room that is situated just above the hotel kitchen. The least problem was the noise, but the worse were the food smells, and opening the windows made it even worse. Unless you have a coronavirus, you'd feel really uncomfortable in that room. When I requested to change the room, there was no standard one left, and I was offered to get an upgrade for an additional price and got a room for three people on the last upper floor. In comparison to the old room, the new room turned out to be completely fine, fresh, and clean. All in all, I think that rooms of the bad quality must not exist in your hotel. Or you need to fix your ventilation system.

Amazing service! The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and polite, very friendly! I believe her name was Iren. The breakfast was incredible, with great food and multiple options, and it is very well located, 15min from Old Town Square and other places. If I return to Prague, I'll try to stay in the same place.

I am happy with our choice, everything was perfect.

Nice location, not far from Mustek Metro station on Wenslaslas Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, cheaper than in the centre. The breakfast buffet was very good, a nice selection. Nice to be able to store our bags for the day.

It was a one bedroomed apartment with a bed in the living area. Very comfortable but you need to go through the living area to get to the bathroom.

Staff, cleanliness, location.

I would be sleeping much better if not noisy exhaust in the bathroom. The entire inside appearance is looking quite run down, cosmetic repair is needed. There is no way to shave properly: the mirrors are located where only dim lighting is available. There is no mirrors in the bad rooms.
