The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Mostly everything. I'm shocked this place has ravaging reviews. It was really dirty. Everything was. Sheets smelled and had a lot of stains. The floor looked like it was mopped last year, bathroom was stinky had dirty toilet, floor, walls, everything. At night at the front desk there was a very loud tv and several people talking loudly as well, which made it though to sleep. Rooms have no windows and when I arrived they didn't have electricity meaning that we checkin in total darkness using our phone flash light. Staff didn't apologize when I said the room needed to be cleaned

The hot shower was nice and not too common in Indonesia so far. The staff are also kind :)

My room was near the reception area and throughout the night someone was watching movies loudly somewhere on the ground floor and it was super noisy and I couldn't sleep. I also had to pay 100 000 as a deposit-but it was unclear why I had to pay it.

Located next to a mosque and there are no curtains, so it might be noisy and light in the room, so you might wake up early.
