Lovely studio apartment, nicely decorated and with all facilities as per the advert. Very clean, and in a great location.

I was in a basement studio and it was very noisy, being on a busy main road and close to an underground line.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided us with top-notch service that truly exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel's exceptional flexibility regarding our check-in time. We arrived early in the morning, exhausted from our journey, and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel graciously offered us an early check-in. This gesture not only demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction but also made a significant difference in our overall comfort and convenience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained. Our room was cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. We personally did not use the kitchen but the staff ensured that if there were any pots needed, they will be provided.

Location close to subway station Earls court. Very good bathroom and amenities. Bed comfortable enough. Haven't seen any staff at all, but kept in contact through WhatsApp which achieved the purpose. Mini kitchen usable.

Room wasn't really finished,( looking at ceiling here). Obviously meant for longer term stays than citytrips.

Clean, quite modern, comfy bed.

Within our room was a small kitchenette but there was no washing up liquid provided. A tip for anyone staying there - take your own! There was no plug in the kitchen area so the kettle had to sit on a small stool in order to be plugged in for use (this is not a big problem, just not ideal and a design floor). The curtains were not black out curtains so street light can be seen within the room.
