We enjoyed this property. Conveniently located. The condo is roomy and exactly as advertised.

The check in/out process was super easy and the beach is just a short walk. We brought our dog on this trip and are not use to going up and downstairs so our legs definitely got a work out!
There was everything we needed to cook meals and we did have a little issue with the fridge but it was taken care of very quickly.
The beds are not the most comfy but the bedding was clean and it was a place to sleep! The view from the balconies are great. Unfortunately, the weather went from the 90’s on our first day to the 50’s on our second so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time out there.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We love visiting Port A and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time. The condo was immaculately clean, beautiful, convenient, and comfortable. Port Aransas is a great location with everything you would want for a seaside vacation. Our only real problem was with check in. We arrived late. A GPS glitch sent us way out of our way, and we arrived after dark. The office was closed, and the property was dark. There were no obvious signs identifying buildings. After wandering around randomly for about twenty minutes we located our condo. Something needs to be done about this. Otherwise, as I say, the stay was lovely.

Property was awesome! Love the setup of the unit and it had plenty of space for everyone. Rich was so responsive, flexible and accommodating! We will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I got away for a few days to celebrate my sisters bday! The owner communicated in a fast manner. Upon arrival, we had a hard time opening box to get keys. Outside of the condo needed sweeping. The inside has everything you need. Downstairs needed a little more cleaning. The beach is more than 2 min walk… we had a really hard time working the thermostat and tv in downstairs bedroom has a line as your watching tv. Overall I give this condo a 3.8

We took two graduating seniors and three moms! It was perfect. It was young enough for the seniors and so very manageable for the moms.

Over the past few years, we have gone to Port Aransas several times, both in the fall and spring. Our favorite place to stay is Richard's. It's close enough to town to make restaurants, shops, etc. super convenient. And the quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach is a lovely short trip as well. The layout of the unit is very convenient, with two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and the other bedroom/bath down for extra privacy. The closet full of beach toys came in handy, and the internet was super fast for the unexpected Zoom meetings we took while we were there. We always appreciate that our dog is welcome at Richard's, as well. All-around, this is our favorite place to stay in Port A!

We came to Port Aransas for a girls trip, Rich was wonderful with communication. We loved the boardwalk and how close the beach was. Everything we needed was already there, which made things super easy coming from out of state. ONLY thing is there was a cockroach, but it is Texas! It was an experience! Would 1000% book again!

This condo is well-appointed with everything needed for a stress-free stay. We were greeted by frosted glasses in the freezer that invited us to immediately refresh and relax. The kitchen is outfitted with quality cookware and serveware. There is a cabinet full of herbs, spices and condiments. No need to run to the grocery store!
We enjoyed the mixture of "beach kitsch" and more expensive art items. We were able to connect our streamed music to dynamic speakers via bluetooth, which made the environment feel like home.
Very clean and organized, this unit is in a quiet building that is just steps away from a warm pool and a short walk to the beach. Richard is totally accommodating and wants you to enjoy your stay in his home.

8 family members, 6 adults and 2 kids, plenty of space for all of us. The condo was fantastic, clean, close to beach, activities, and eateries. We met up every days with more family members staying at the rv resort. Little glitch with wi-fi but host to ok care of it immediately. Great property.

Foremost…Rich is phenomenal. You’d want all property owners to be this good at communication.
Condo is older, but sufficiently nice. Walk to the beach and very close to beach vehicle access. Close to restaurants, bars and stores. The place overlooks the pool from the main living area and you can see the gulf from the top floor bedroom.
Downside: Uncomfortable beds. All four beds had very hard mattresses—not firm, they’re simply hard.
Otherwise the place has everything you need.

The place was a bit musty and we realized the second day that there was a dehumidifier. That helped a lot. We also think that the main reason it is musty is the leather couch and chairs in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Richard’s condo! The location was perfect, so close to the ocean a short 10 minute walk! Check in was great so glitches! Richard was quick to respond to any questions that we might have about the condo! The condo was well equipped with everything and we took advantage of all the beach stuff! It is very clean, beds quite comfortable! This property is very close to all shopping and restaurants! One suggestion would be to update the pad
to access the keys. It was hard for me to open. Very minor as my husband was able to open! I would recommend this condo!

This condo was perfect for our family! Ample space for the days spent relaxing and close to the pool and beach for days we went exploring! This condo had everything we needed (including the things we didn’t know we needed) ranging from all proper cookware, games, knives that are actually sharp (if you know, you know). The owner was great to deal with, quick to respond and was so accommodating of a few small request! We loved our time here and will be back for years to come!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving in Port A and Rich was a great host. The place was well equipped with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner and plenty of space for our family of 6, plus pups! Rich was very communicative which was very much appreciated. Nice little short walk to the beach and close to a lot of bars/ restaurants/ etc. Weather wasn’t favorable for us unfortunately, but we hope to be back soon!

Not sure if it's seasonal but my kiddos and I did wake up with a few bites, hopefully from mosquitoes. I read one review of many so didn't think much of that.
Like someone else mentioned the smart AC (is smarter than me) we figured it out but at one point woke up and it was 79 inside but only 1 night so definitely user error.
No washer/dryer in unit. We usually wash our clothes when we stay at VRBOs.. (kids).
Otherwise Great stay. Great communication.

The property contained everything we needed during our stay and more! Richard was very responsive with respect to a couple of issues we had during our stay. All in all, a good time was had by all the family members.
