Clean room and very good shower (unfortunately no bath).

Breakfast could be better, but was alright.
The matrasses of the beds are extremely hard. Very uncomfortably!!!
Staff really needs hotel training.
A free tip: don’t change every day the towels! That will be better for the environment and for your costs.
So: for the same price there are betteroptions in Luang Prabang!

Good location, quiet, easy walking distance to all the points of interest - temples, mekong river views, night market etc.
The room is smaller that advertised, no private balcony. Biggest problem - all electricity turns off when you unplug your card, including the fridge.

The hotel located at central area, there are many food store, coffee shop and close to the river. there and staffs are very nice and good recommend and helpful always. The breakfast very nice, it has many kind of local foods and fruits with fresh espresso. According to travel across to another stage in Laos, staff can help you contact taxi and train ticket buying. Here is very nice place that I’m very recommend !!!!

Lovely little guest house tucked away from the main street.

Friendly and helpful staff - happily made a vegetarian version of one of the breakfast options.
Good breakfasts, prepared at the restaurant next door.
Free use of bicycles
For those of you used to or expecting a buffet style breakfast, the choice of breakfast is limited to 4 dishes. That said, the noodle soup was delicious and all choices are accompanied with fresh fruits and coffee.

Jacuzzi Bath Tub is not jacuzzi at all and it leak. I booked for 3 nights but I found at the 1st night that the bath tab leak after used and I have to spent hours to clean up the room.. Hotels staff changed to to cheaper room on the next days but finally they charged me at the rate of luxury room with leaking bath tub. Hotels said that breakfast end at 10am but when i asked for breakfast at 9:30 am they said all gone! Hotels also said I can pay by VISA debit card in dollar but after I topped up USD to my card and made payment they siad EDC is out of order.

Great location in a lush green neighbourhood in a quiet street near a lovely restaurant and 2 wonderful temples
The bathroom and loo lack privacy as they are in the main living area and behind frosted glass

The room was very comfortable and the location was great.

Staff were great and helpful. Location is excellent and the room clean. We were assisted on all our requests by knowledged and good English speaking staff. Laundry was good and very reasonable. We will stay again if we can get back here. Quite superb quality for the cost.
Firm bed but staff found us an additional matress cover and extra pillows.

Beautiful room ,firm bed but staff found softer cover for the super king size bed with crisp white sheets and cover. Tea, coffee etc all we could expect were here. Staff friendly and English speaking and the hotel is very central to all the town has to offer. The hotel is constructed so that it blends with the rest of the heritage location. Breakfast was good so our conclusion is great value for the money. Staff member went out of his way to help us with our mobile phone service which had expired. When we come back to this lovely world heritage town we will stay again. Great stay despite the surprise of the shower and toilet inside the room even though screened.
Very little although a little surprised by the shower toilet arrangement. But beautiful shower anyway.
