Accueil exceptionnel ! Kung est vraiment super il fait vraiment la différence dans cet hôtel.
La chambre et la piscine sont aussi top.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié.
Peut-être quelques poufs ou petit transat supplémentaires autour de la piscine serait bien.
Mais vraiment un petit détail.

Fantastisch personeel, super vriendelijk. Op 10 minuten wandelen van de meeste attracties. Heerlijk zwembad, gratis fiets verhuur. Wij hebben via het hotel een scooter gehuurd ging fantastisch. Qua ontbijt kun je kiezen van een menu en dan wordt dat vers voor je bereid.
Alleen taxi bus van hotel naar boutique was in verhouding duur.

Le personnel aimable avec mention spéciale pour le jeune homme polyvalent à l’accueil. Vraiment sympathique, serviable, de bons conseils.
Chambre avec tout le nécessaire, lit confortable et petite piscine bien agréable par temps chaud.

Without a doubt, the best part of this stay was the hotel manager, Cuong. He is so accommodating and kind. He helped me with my every request, arranged everything I needed, and was always so cheerful everyday.
The hotel itself is perfect. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the aircon works perfectly. The pool is just right, a good variety of options for breakfast and the location is just a 10 minute walk from the main street which is ideal. You also have the option of using the hotel’s motorbike or bicycles, which was perfect to get to the gym (a great gym recommended by Cuong). Honestly, had just the best stay so thank you a million times to Cuong.

We liked Cuong, the host very much. He helped us with everything and spoke proper English Definitely for Lao standards. Spacious room with a nice bed.
The bathroom was smelly, seems like a siphon was missing. Swimming pool area had very little space around the pool.

The best part of this property is the manager, Cuong. He was a great host, offered plenty of good advice and helped organise trips, tuk tuks etc saving us money. The location is close to everything and provides east walking access all over old town including the night markets.

Really comfortable beds. Showers were awesome - great pressure and the drain worked well. The rooms were cleaned very well. the maids changed the towels and cleaned the floors every day.

Kung is a fantastic host, always on hand to give tips, welcome us and was genuinely interested to hear how our day was. Booked train tickets for us, called taxis for pickup. He literally arranged everything.
The place is kept very clean on a daily basis. Large rooms with a big bathroom. Great value for money.
Location for us was perfect with 2 minimarts within 5m and just a few minute tuk tuk ride to the night market.
Honestly recommend this place! Kung provides Basic breakfast if needed. The pool is well maintained, warm plus with a few sun loungers. Only downside was no sun umbrellas to take some shade next to the pool or on the terrace/balcony.

Clean and nice hotel, the staff was extremely kind and gave us the best tips to make our stay even more unforgettable. It's a bit out of the crowded city centre but we didn't mind honestly: within 10-15 minutes on foot you can reach the main street and attractions. The room was among the biggest we have ever stayed in during any trip, we could even work out!

Pretty well everything. The manager, Cuong has a welcoming personality, a pleasure to talk to, and his English is excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. What impressed me most was the bed. In East Asia I have become accustomed to hard mattresses and restless sleep. Here, the bed was soft and a pleasure to sleep on. Since the days were hot and humid, after a day of touring it was a relief to swim in the pool.
The room was very quiet, and honestly soundproofed.
For me it was an interesting 15 walk to the night market.

Alles perfekt. Mr. Khong macht alles möglich und hat uns unsere Zugtickets für die Weiterreise gebucht ohne Probleme.

Kleinschalig hotel, rustige omgeving en centraal gelegen met heerlijk zwembad en handdoekservice. Goede kamers, schoon en compleet inclusief balkon met stoelen en tafeltje.
Super vriendelijk personeel (noem met name Chong) die zeer behulpzaam was en een traktatie had geregeld voor mijn man zijn verjaardag. Scooterservice en hulp toen onze treintickets werden gecanceld. Eén belletje en we zaten alsnog in de trein op het gewenste tijdstip.

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De badkamer was niet heel erg schoon en er leefde een kakkerlak. De ontbijtruimte is primitief en zwaar gedateerd. Het hotel is gelegen in een (onverhard) donker steegje.

The staff were very friendly and the room was perfect. We didn't use the pool, but is was is perfect condition. A nice and quiet place, not a party hotel. The WiFi was super fast as well

The manager Kung (not sure on spelling) was fabulous and so so friendly and helpful. The pool was always kept super clean and it was very refreshing. The room was big and spotless, the shower was great! Hot and powerful. We got given a map by Kung when we arrived with lots of information on what to do and see in the area. It was in a quieter area but still on 10 minutes walk or so to the night market and Main Street.

This hotel is amazing. Everything is new and the most comfortable bed in Laos. The staff were very friendly and will do everything to accommodate you. Cuong is an exceptional manager, so glad we stayed here and had the pleasure of meeting him. Highly recommend.

Kung was so amazing and helpful, he made our stay 100 times better. We loved our accommodation here - the room was comfy and right by the pool and location was perfect too about a 10 minute walk to the night market
