Good location. Good communication from the Host.
The bathroom basin was blocked for the entire visit and could not be used at all, despite advising the Landlord. This caused a bit of inconvenience.

It’s an two bedroom apartments, big enough for us 3-member family. The apartment is clean and tidy, located in a safe block. I took part in the BBC Proms at Royal Albert in the evening of 08/20 and walked back to the apartment around 11:00pm, safe. Imogen is a very nice host and her son. We arrived very late in the first day, and his son had been waiting for us till our arrival. Thank you Imogen!
In my country, we used to have ventilation fan in the bathroom. I am not sure if I didn’t find the fan or London apartment doesn’t have the fan.

Place clean. Renovation recent. Good location. Responsive host.
It's a basement flat. Very large, noisy building site right next door. Although place was spotless, being a basement with extremely strong detergent smell meant I couldn't sleep until all doors and windows were opened but then it was loud with noise from the streets. No building noise at night but cannot work during the day due to contunous and highly distracting building site noise - drilling hammering etc.

Location was amazing, right in beautiful Kensington and Chelsea. And although it was pretty much on Kings Road which is busy, it was SO QUIET and I am hard to please with quietness. It had everything we needed, wifi was great, it was secure. Really pleased with it.

Host is very friendly and accommodating. The property is very comfortable with all amenities. It was also clean and nicely decorated. I cannot complain about anything.

Very nice apartment, good location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hostess was very helpful and also very quick to response on various questions and helped us out with for example restaurant recommendstions.👍

The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
Very good furniture and a kitchen with everything you may need.
Location is amazing and there's a bus stop right across the street which made getting to the centre a breeze.

Lovely apartment in the beautiful Chelsea. Perfect for families or group of friends. Surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. A few meters from bus stop and 30 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace.

Right next to the King's Road in Chelsea, loads of shops restaurants bakeries! 20min walk to Gloucester Road or Sloane square tube, also next to excellent bus route. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and quiet which was lovely, perfect base for a sightseeing trip. Thanks to Imigen for all if her help.

Very comfortable, great location.
Having read an earlier review, I was worried about radiators not been warm enough, but I really didn’t need to! It was as warm as we liked despite below zero temperatures outside on some days.

I was a bit surprised that the flat was at the low ground level, but that was fine and I guess the price reflected it. The flat is lovely, comfy and so nicely finished

This apartment is a rare find. Location is perfect for Chelsea... Kings Road... shopping, museums, restaurants.
Beautifully clean and well equipped... couldn’t have asked for more.
