Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I traveled a long distance for official work, covering around 300 km without any rest. Upon reaching the hotel, I was shocked to hear that they had no room available despite my reservation. The receptionist insisted I pay 1500 rupees for a room, which was a significant increase from the initially agreed-upon price. Despite explaining my situation and the purpose of my short stay, the staff was unresponsive and uncooperative. I reluctantly paid the inflated amount, only to find the room in deplorable condition with a foul smell. This experience left me feeling cheated and mistreated. The hotel's practice of advertising lower prices online and charging more upon arrival is deceptive and unethical. Guests should not have to endure such treatment, especially when exhausted from a long journey. I strongly advise against booking a room at Super OYO Sri Abirami Inn.
