I like the hotel lobby and entrance, I like the room cleanness and location

The internet was the worse part and I was so upset about it

the stuff was very friendly and eager to help

the room was awful and the view was to the stairs and vaults. when we asked to change it the view became a slight better but the room itself was smaller. finally we had to pay additional fee to upgrade the room

Staff were brilliant, very welcoming. Location fantastic! Facilities awesome!

My room was very dark. With the busy street in front and the street in the back of the hotel frequently closed, pick up is very difficult.

Housekeeping was a bit slack with rooms not serviced but hotel made up for it at checkout.

Everything was lovely and very comfortable stay. The location is greaaaat.

Location is perfect. You can walk anywhere and is very close to Green Park station. The room we stayed at was big and luxurious. Love the separate bath/shower. Coffee making facilities were great - love the nespresso machine and the decaf capsules. We had breakfast in the club lounge which was ample enough. The service, from the moment we got out of our taxi was impeccable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, made us feel right at home.

If anything, the internet connection was strange. It kept disconnect after a couple of minutes on non-use. Had to keep reconnecting.
