very uncomfortable bed, no smart TV, lifts out of service, looks run down, very expensive parking solutions

Staff didn’t communicate what room or floor or even building we were on.. walked around for 50 minutes trying to get into car parks, had to leave kids in car.. couldn’t go into elevators & room floors. no one at reception to help.. then called reception 5 times for still no help.. very frustrating.

nice clean rooms in a great location and we were able to take our dog.

When we first arrived we were staying at the Sebel Residences, the room although said balcony could barely fit one person on it, the room was small and quite dark with no sun coming in. I requested to change and the reception staff were very accommodating and gave us a self contained room in the hotel which had a view of the water and boats on the Docklands harbour. The room was very light open and airy with a balcony that had a small table and 2 chairs. It was a very comfortable room with lots of light. I was very grateful for the change as we were staying for 5 nights.

Our room was only serviced twice for the 5 nights of our stay, I think that could have been managed better.
