Great atmosphere Amazing staff

Great location with the tram out front. Parking was great. Staff were very helpful. It was perfect for our visit to family.

Was disappointed we couldn’t get something simple for breakfast - toast & jam - rather than the buffet.

We were disappointed to have to buy coffee at breakfast. The coffee i provided in the thermos was extremely strong and the hot water thermos was empty. Brewed coffee should be included in the price.

Smallish room that was a bit tight with a baby and a pram. An aircon/heater impossible to control

We got a 2 bedroom apartment and wow, it was fantastic! Very modern, beds all VERY comfortable, buffet breaky was amazing! Will absolutely stay again!

The windows didn’t lock or have fly screens, which was a concern being on the 3rd story with little kiddos. But this was the only fault we had, everything else amazing!

my credit card was charged $251 when I have been invoiced $148. I was assured the charge would be corrected when I checked out not done now I have to waste time to have it corrected

Dinning and room size

love the bar and restaurant area. lovely quiet places to sit and relax with a drink of your choice. the pool was clean as were the surrounds. staff were helpful. also they offer you a free drink if you forgo your daily room service. a great initiative. the team stop across the road makes travel stress free.

Room is spacious and breakfast very good.

Check In for a group comprising 7 rooms gives us problems every year. Overcharged for breakfast but was quickly rectified following phone call.

Location and free parking

Aircon was not functioning at our original room. Upgraded to service apartment, Aircon was barely working. Carpets were stained and worn.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atrium looks lovely.

It could be cleaner! The hotel floors were dirty.
