Room needed more thorough cleaning . Could see fingerprints everywhere. Needs painting in the hallways. Check in extremely slow. Was hard to find .. need more signage . Shower was hard to monitor the temperature. No food or breakfast available

Terrific location, right in the middle of the free tram zone and a tram stop right outside. Very easy to get around from here. Excellent service, well organised, good communication all the way. Lots of shopping and eating all around it, felt very safe outside on the street.

The rooms are tired. Having said that the beds were very comfortable, it had a full kitchen (dishwasher, stove!) and was well kept. Decor just getting on in years. Bathroom modern enough, but basin outside shower/toilet room, unusual layout.

Location was convenient for the Australian Open. 20 mins walk. Room and beds werer comfortable and clean.

The location was great, walked to AO, Museum, Myers, Dj’s Caught free tram to Southcross station to catch Sky Bus to the airport.

Curtains were dusty but ti their credit they had them washed in a day! I am alergic to dust!

Was hoping god a better view as per pic on booking but every thing in the apartment was lovely

In the romm I was in there was a problem with the shower, it flooded out across the floor every time I used it. The shower floor slopes towards the door and the door lip is too low to stop water from flowing out to the area around the toilet The bed was very soft and I had to sleep in the middle of it to find an area that meant my back wasnt sore in the morning. The facilities are tired, there were a couple of holes in the sofa, about time it was freshened up.

We were ‘upgraded’ to a one bedroom room on the 2nd floor. The room was very basic, claustrophobic and a view of a brick wall. It did not reflect the pictures on the website.

The air conditioning was not great. Lowest setting at 18C so it gets very hot in the middle of the night

good size room, close to tram stop. lifts are very fast, Wi-Fi is fantastic. staff very friendly

the only thing was first day stepping out of lift into hallway there was a very strong odour from someone's cooking gone wrong the smell hung around until the next day.

The position and staff

We requested a quiet room. Last time we heard no building noise but this time it ruined our stay. It wouldn't have been an issue for business people but certainly is for people on holidays. Layout of executive studio was strange having the wash basin next to the couch. A second door would be much better.

I think the location of the hotel is very convenient. In addition, the staff service attitude is very good.
