The location was perfect, the cleanliness was perfect as well, the staff : adorable ! Everybody was so nice and very helpful, the reception, the concierge, the cleaning staff, the chef at breakfast! No exception ! They even made me a little surprise for my birthday, thank you so much for the attention. The pool with the view on Burj Khalifa was very nice. The room was very clean, modern, beautiful view on Burj Khalifa as well. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Dubai again. Breakfast is also very good, different cooking every morning and very tasty.

The location is at the center. There are some restaurants around the area. It is close to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and willing to support. Room are spacious and very clean.

Toilet in my room was old and it showed that property is old and didn’t have refurbishment since a while I was disappointed considering the price I’m paying

My family feels inspiring with the visiting this Hotel. It was definitely pleasant stay. This hotel is located close to many Dubai's sightseeings. Everything in the hotel was convenient and modern. Varied breakfasts, fresh beverages and delicious snacks. But specially I would like to notice the maintenance team. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My favourite staff on the Ground floor are Khodarahm from Iran, Mimmi from Italy. Safiza created our pleasant mood and energised us every breakfast in Dune restaurant. We really enjoy our club access staying with Dinash, Lae Lae, Janeth, Nurgul, Kith, Kopila Rai, they organised everything, serviced us in a very professional, friendly and helpful way. I am aware that we return to Shangri La Hotel again to get new pleasant experience.

it could be better if we had more vegetables fresh salad in the breakfast.

Is everything perfect especially when you go with family . I had a wonderful experience at the (Shangai -La Hotel,Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I can’t remember all the names but I can say thank you to Lae where we eat breakfast and all of them there and to Khodarahm Francis to the main door.Nazifa to the first floor where we eat dinner , Kelum for room service, I can say everyone who works there they doing a perfect job, I can really recommend and I hope see you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I know this is a hotel and this is normal but if i had to complain about one thing its the price of dining and drinks which was quite above average

It was close to every major attraction. Facility was clean. Friendly and helpful staffs, majority.. Everyone was super helpful and very dedicated to what they do. Particular names that comes to mind, were Yan and Olga. Thanks Shangri-La for the hospitality!

My fiancé ordered Uber eats late at night and asked if he could eat at the lobby. He was told it was okay and then as he was eating a manager came and told him he needs to go back to his room to eat which caused an inconvenience had they told him it wasn’t okay to begin with.

The service was always excellent and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was really good. Spacious room. Location is convenient, not far from metro station. Grocery stores and pharmacy nearby.

Our bathroom sink cold tap was loose. Needs fixing. Warm swimming pool was not for everyone but for members.

Really fantastic stay. It was the end of our honeymoon trip and the hotel staff made sure we felt really special. We got upgraded room with the view on Burj, rose petals and a cake on arrival and a sweet cleaner Lwin made sure we also have fresh flowers in the room the day after.

Yes. We paid when we checked in. One hour later we received an email and SMS from Booking.com saying our credit card was rejected and to please provide details of replacement card or else our booking would be cancelled in 6 hrs. Is this really from Booking.com or was it a scam? There was nothing wrong with our credit card.

This incident because it spoilt our stay. To be threatened for nothing. Please investigate
