All our requests were met promptly and with a smile. The view from our room was fantastic. Have not seen so much greenery from any other hotel in Pune.

Poor experience. Would request guests to avoid at any costs.

Food taste and quality was good

Staff was inexperienced and lacked knowledge of anything. Room service was disinterested. Facilities were non existent. Wifi doesnt work with TV. TV channels are inferior. Any order takes 2 hrs to come from the next door kitchen. Staff unable to control noisy guest. Room has most pathetic views from any side. Overall a bad experience

1. Behaviour of staff. 10/10. Helpful, happy to help to guest. It's staff is most nice I have ever seen in hotels. All are perfect in his way. 2. Cleanliness. 3. Ambience of Restaurant is great. 4. Rooms are equipped with required things 5. Cost effective 6. Good for business stay.

1. Room though good but a bit awkward. Tv & furniture position is uncomfortable. 2. Shower board difficult to understand & operate. 3. View from room not great. Glass facades in front of us. 4. Entrance from basement parking & top to the rooms is not clear.
