Todo, limpieza, comodidad, ubicación con varios restaurantes cerca, la atención y los detalles son inmejorables, el Hotel y el cuarto son increíbles.

Pudiera haber más privacidad en el baño, con puerta en el WC y cortinas que cubrieran más las paredes de vidrio.

The location was perfect

Nothing, everything was good

The bed was perfect in a quiet (business like) area with an expensive shopping mall attached to it. We had a free late check-out till 14:00 that was nice. The free drinks (one evening) in the hallway of the hotel.

The arrival was good, but they didn’t explain anything about their spa and how to book it and no info was given about the area. The food of the room service was very bad and way too simple for a high class hotel. The app they had for questions was not downloadable for us. And the wooden bathroom curtains were blocking the bathroom door. Besides the shower had pressure issues (solved after the first stay). Time to Roma area with Uber was about 25 minutes (so not very close to this fun neighbourhood).

Que no tuvieran mi habitación a tiempo, el edredón de la cama estaba sucio, y lo que mas me disgusto fue que me cobraran en el ballet parking aun cuando estoy hospedado en el hotel. Y quiero recalcar que no es por el dinero sino que en ningún otro hotel me cobraron y aquí por el prestigio que tiene el hotel y lo caro que es de por si aun me cobren por estacionarme en el hotel donde ya pague hospedaje si se me hace de mal gusto

this was my second visit within a couple of months, and this experience was even better than my first. All of the staff members I engaged with were very helpful, and wanted to make sure I had the best experience.

It would be good if there was an outside space for sitting

Accommodation is of high standard, every member of staff was very friendly and helpful

the room and ammenities were fantastic

some of the food wasn’t great, chicken over cooked on 2 separate occasions
