Super outdated; front desk staff was not friendly. Room smelled and there were stains everywhere (carpet, walls, literally everywhere)

The beds were comfortable and clean.

The room had a particular smell, the air conditioner was really old and didn't cool the room at all. The elevators that lead to the parking lot were not working and you had to take the luggage through the stairs. It's worth to pay more for a better experience and less dangerous location.

The employees attitude, nothing from customer care My rate was USD42, the exchange rate to Q was 8.02 so will be likes Q335.00, so when I asked to the front desk employee why I was charged Q412 Wich it's more, he didn't wanted to answer my question, and he said talk to booking. The next day I went to the SPA, and the trainer didn't want to provide me a towel, I had to come back to my room and take one, and then in front of the people scream on my back, saying: "hey hey, stop there come to sign the book" but why he haved to speak so loud it's better go to my side and let me know

out of fashion, bathroom definitely need updating. mold in the walls of the shower, very , very old towels, have to call at maintenance to unclogged the sink. if you looking a place to stay with family , I wouldn’t recommend it. only because the bathrooms are moldy and old.
