Amazing location, right next to Tower Bridge. Such a beautiful area to explore and made for special morning walks before the craziness of London. Hotel is beautifully renovated, testament still from it's past as a school, very fancy inside, room was lovely, big ceilings and windows. it felt fresh and light, amazing features in the rooms and lovely bathrooms. Service from staff was faultless.

Housekeeping poor; bath towel reeked of woodsmoke, no hand towels, no bath mat. Tiny amount of shower products for two people which were not replenished for the second nights stay. No breakfast tea sachet only herbal etc. Having asked for towels nothing appeared so I had to go to reception to ask. No apology for the absence merely an apology for the delay. Not impressed.

My room was very noisy next to the street so I didn’t sleep much! Strange thing - they ask guests to leave their key at the front desk if you leave the building. Taking the school theme a bit far! 😂 needed more towels - didn’t have even a hand towel / hair towel just a bath towel

We chose this property for its location, close to the Bridge theatre. The room was very comfortable. We had not understood that this hotel, although in its history had been a school, was now managed by an Indian concern, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was wonderful. The dining room was probably the school auditorium, beautifully appointed and had us continually looking at all the details, having to walk to the next level to get a really great pgoto.. You could choose western (English) breakfast or an Indian based breakfast. Our waiter kindly allowed us to have a small sample of some of the Indian food. We will return.

Locatie is geweldig, op steenworp afstand van Tower Bridge. Bijzonder mooi restaurant en een goede keuken.

Terrible tiny bathroom sink, it was a cloakroom washbasin not even big enough for a tooth brush and mounted very low.

The location is great, I had a junior room, so it's not very big, but it was ok, the bed was comfortable, I had 2 complimentary bottles of water and beauty accessories. All cosmetics have a lavender aroma - just saying, some people react allergically.

One, taking a 200 GBP deposit upon arrival, and second, telling me upon checkout that I will receive it back within 10-14 working days. Eventually, I got the deposit back the same day, but the 5* hotel made a bad impression.

A great hotel in convenient location. It was very comfortable, friendly staff. It was quiet and clean and the rooms were spacious for a city centre.

Excellent value for money for this small luxurious hotel in a superb location right beside London Bridge! Ease of access from the underground direct from Heathrow airport. We ate in the restaurant on the Friday evening. Food although pricey was superb, however the superbness outweighed the value! It was TOO expensive. 350GBP for 4 people with 6 Cobra and 2 small glasses of wine. Overpriced even by London standards. Bedrooms were REALLY comfortable and very spacious also SPOTLESS!

Liked everything - would stay again! Would not eat in the restaurant again. Plenty of selection on the doorstep though from pub grub to the Ivy. Arrived home 1230am into Sunday morning. Door locked took a good 15plus minutes to get the door answered.
