Hotel dall'ottima posizione e ben collegato, con fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti la struttura. Colazione buona e variegata. Staff molto gentile.

Stanze un po' piccole (ma nella media di Edimburgo) e impolverate. Pochi asciugamani.

Chambre confortable avec belle salle de bain , très propre , super petit déjeuner et personnel très serviable . Bonne situation géographique pour visiter Edinburgh .

The breakfast was okay. The hotel was clean. Nice atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the restaurant right next to the hotel.

The pillows on our bed were way too soft, which caused a bad night sleep Breakfast was okay, however for the price we paid for the overnight stay I expected a lot more quality for the Breakfast: the sausages were dried up, no fresh tomatoes, no fried eggs. The hasbrowns were hard and the scrambled eggs were too dry.

Good location, you can reach the city center 15 min walking. The breakfast is good, although it gets really crowded. The employees are nice and helpful.

The rooms can be small for 3 people. Also finding a table for breakfast is not always easy.

Early check in fee when room is available. Room was very small compared to other similar hotels in the chain especially when it has a travel cot in it.

No pool. No bath in room and sink too far from taps. Not power shower. Given room with adjoining door ? Why. Breakfast ok and friendly staff, but very busy and cooked breakfast over done.

El desayuno no está mal y las camas y almohadas eran realmente cómodas. La habitación muy moderna, con un baño y una ducha muy buenos y limpios. La luz de la habitación está muy bien para ser Gran Bretaña.

Tenían preparada la habitación sobre las 12.30 del mediodía cuando llegamos pero nos pedían un suplemento de 20£ por el early check in, siendo el check in normal a las 15 horas. Entiendo que si lo solicitas con antelación te lo cobren, pero estando la habitación ya preparada... La ubicación no es del todo mala, hay una parada de bus enfrente y Haymarket está a 10' andando. Del centro habrá una media hora paseando. Pero el precio resulta algo excesivo teniendo en cuenta la lejanía del centro, aunque en la media de la ciudad que es cara.

La ubicación muy buena. Cerca, en diez minutos andando, tanto del centro como de la parada Haymarket, donde deja el Airlink 100 desde y al aeropuerto.

Estuvimos tres noches y la segunda no hicieron la habitación.

Rent overalt. Stort rom, romslig bad. Kort gangavstand til både Princess Street og Edinburgh castle. Rolig område.

Great breakfast, very good variety, and really friendly breakfast staff.

There could've been a curtain in the bathroom and better controls for heating. Way too hot in the night and the ac or fan setting didn't seem to be effective.

Great location ,quality hotel with friendly staff.

Wife awakened at 5am by some using the gym which was adjacent to our room.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel and room were both very clean. The hotel is approximately a 20 walk from Princess Street - the walk is enjoyable with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The location was ideal for our trip - everything was close by yet far enough away to provide a good night's sleep away from the lively city bars and clubs. A glass of wine in the hotel bar at the end of the day was a real treat.

The breakfast let the hotel down badly for me. It was complete chaos with no staff recording the room numbers, or the seating. The buffet food was overcooked, in short supplly and tasteless. The tea, coffee, and juice bar provided a very poor quality of product and the area was very messy with several spillages on the countertop. Breakfast was included in our hotel package and we stayed two nights in the hotel yet opted to go out for breakfast the second day preferring to pay for breakfast rather than go back for the hotel breakfast. In the bathroom we were provided with only one bath towel each, really could have done with a second towel for each person.

The breakfast was good - especially the waffles. The rooms was sizeable, and the single beds in the twin room were surprisingly wide!

It was hard to find a seat at breakfast. There were queues, and the coffee was not that good.

Struggled to understand receptionist as spoke so quietly and the breakfast was shocking to say the least. Seemed a free for all, and choices and quality of food was very poor.

Hotel bien. Todo muy nuevo. Buen desayuno.

No habia toallas pequeñas ni de lavabo (solo una grande por persona). No repusieron bolsas de plastico en cuarto de baño ni cafe ni te. No habia ni un lapiz o boligrago ni papel para tomar notas. No habia pasta de dientes y este tipo de cosas. No habia enchufe adaptador (el hotel no los lo dejo tampoco, decian que nos lo vendian). Nos hicierin pagar nada mas llegar y solo tarjeta.

Las habitaciones son cómodas e incluye desayuno en la tarifa.

Reservamos una habitación queen que resulta que era apta para discapacitados, information que no aparece clara en booking. Cuando llegamos nos dieron la habitación y quisimos cambiarla por una de las mismas características pero normal y nos querían cobrar mas dinero. Finalmente y después de hablar con el supervisor no lo cambiaron pero fue bastante incomodo.

Excellent petit déjeuner varié. Hygiène parfaite. Personnel petit déjeuner très sympathique.

Personally for me in my room headboard been scratched don’t look good when fest of hotel look lovely.

It was Clean and good location close to city and castle.

I had a issue in our room, As the A/C fan kept on coming on throughout the night, I also had a problem straight away with the room given, As I put down 12yr old for my daughter but the room had a cot, So then it was a wait to get room sorted. I told them to swap room aswel as the Headboard was in poor condition and looked very trashy, Then when the room was changed we had the same issue another baby cot in the room and A worse Headboard than before. I mentioned this to staff, But there just said the hotel was fully- book. So not a happy experience for me and my family

The location and access to the hotel was great. I just wish the staff would have read my booking specifications when I made a reservation.

Some of the of the issue I had could have been easily avoided if the staff would have have read my request for the reservation, I made a booking of 2 room, becouse I had 2 kids, 7 and 9 but at the moment of the check in the lady at the reception informed me that they have no connecting room in the hotel, and the best they could do was to give us one on the same floor. I accepted, do to the fact that my children were tired, after all we have been driving all day., under the impression that at least the room would have been close, not one at the end of the block and one completely opposite site of the building. in the morning I asked the reception staff if connecting room were available, and they dismissed me with a ( the hotel is full No room available) at breakfast I was chatting with others family with kids, and their request of a connecting room was meet, even if they check in after me and my family. Now I don’t dispute that may be something was not right with booking or the hotel was full, but at least try to do something would have been nice. Even if we could have moved closer with room. Now I spend 3 nite in the hotel, lots of people check in and out, and I could not be accommodated. I end up split with my wife and one child in one room and me in the other with the other child.
