good location, good breakfast, clean

I saw Cockroaches in the bathroom

we liked the size of the room, the bathroom and the breakfast was decent too.

the room had an extremely musty smell which took a while to get used to. room service also stops at 10pm and at 9.50 declined an order which was annoying. we also asked the staff about a night market who confirmed it was a good one to check out. however we spent 1 hour looking for the market only to find out it was no longer running. the TV also had minimal English channels on it. maybe 1 or 2.

This hotel is in good location and close to city centre. My room is upgraded without fee and it is great with a balcony. It is a wonderful experience there, especially with the people, like Hồng Hạnh, who is so nice and always provide very helpful support to me. Definitely I will choose it again when I am in Ha Noi next time.

don't respect people's Nationality, they change to your enemy country. and even I told them, they don't respect me..

it was bad smell in the room.it had not hot water,i asked front deskbut they didn't check it.(i waited a repair person but didn't come and i told about that but front desak said just "i told repair person."they didn't do anything.and i can't take a bath(spa)during stay there open hours are very short.

Very clean, modern facility, great shower and bathtub, comfortable bed. Small breakfast but very delicious. We travel with a baby and staff were very accommodating with early check in and late check out as baby was sleeping.

We should book a room with a better view looking out to the street next time. Would be nice if breakfast could last longer so we did not have to rush.

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I missed breakfast one day and they arranged to deliver a plate of fruit to my room. The wifi stopped working another day but they quickly fixed this. The breakfast had a variety of options including a lot of meat/seafood but the staff were very accommodating with arranging other options. The location was perfect, the facilities are clean and there is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. The spa facilities were also wonderful. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation.
