Excellent location on riverside. Close to hop on off river boat and Khoisan road. Good breakfast in nice surrounding. We also had a lovely evening meal here.

Pool area small and a little crowded at times. Insufficient sun beds.

- tolle Lage in der Altstadt, man kommt in ca. 20 Min zu Fuß zum Grand Palace und Wat Pho - ist in der Nähe der Khao San Road, hört aber nichts davon - gut erreichbar, man hat immer schnell ein Grab bekommen und der Fähranleger war auch einen Block weiter - Frühstück war solide, aber nichts besonderes

- Man kann kein Toilettenpapier das Klo runterspülen, das sorgt für Verstopfung. - die Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage gereinigt, das ist gerade was den Mülleimer mit dem benutzten Toilettenpapier angeht, kritisch. - wir mussten 1 Stunde warten, bis wir in unser Zimmer kommen konnten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war insgesamt nicht sehr aufmerksam.

L'hôtel paraissait mieux en photo. Cela fait drôle en arrivant. Mais rapport qualité prix c'est vraiment correct.

We love The New Siam Riverside & have been staying there for the last 10years. Rooms are clean, staff are lovely. Restaurant is cheap & the breakfast is great. Beautiful view of the River & convenient for the river taxi which is cheap 16b & The best way to see Bangkok. We actually stayed here on 3 separate occasions this year!

Decor was a bit tired, the shower although big only had a curtain and the floor sometimes got wet. My wife complained of a damp smell in our room.

Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur, du jus d’orange en poudre, c’est vraiment vraiment dommage, sachant que la Thaïlande est un pays où ils ont pleins de fruit !!!

The hotel is by the riverside with the back patio (for breakfast/cafe) and pool overlooking the river. The breakfast included cereals, salad, fruits, tea/coffee/juices and was plentiful, if guests wanted. The location is near Kauosan Road, which I wanted.

The rooms are old and the aircon is poor. I was unable to control the aircon from my room. The beds are however comfy and everything was clean.

We enjoyed one indoor and outdoor community areas.

Location was wonderful! Close to the river and walking distance to so many attractions.

You had to ask for daily room cleaning. Bed was made and towels replaced but not much extra was done.

Breakfast ok

Double bed but they have 5o use 2 bottom sheets to cover the bed - err buy the correct size sheet!! Consequently the sheets ruck up and are very uncomfortable. Bedside control until looks like an extra bought from a junkyard, broken, damaged and useless. Shower trickles out and a shower curtain that raps around you when trying to shower. No way on earth is this down trodden place worth the money. Used to be ok pre covid now it needs to be shut like New Siam 1, which was their first hotel.

Parfait, pour notre prochain séjour nous y allons directement... Hôtel bien situé, chambre spacieuse, propre. Petit déjeuner copieux, super bon ! Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons vraiment aimé cet endroit.

Great location, nice to be able to sit out by the river.

The rooms were quite basic, particularly the bathrooms. Needs new sun beds round the pool area.

Grossly overpriced. Stained sheets, broken a/c control. Terrible water pressure and then the utter cheek yo ask me to wait while they check the room after I stayed! What am I 13!? New Siam used to be good, now overpriced, tired, not worth it.

Das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen. Habe 3x gebeten, dass die dreckigen Matratzen im Flur entsorgt werden und der Flur gereinigt wird. Nichts ist passiert. Die Tische draußen wurden nicht sauber gemacht.

Locatie is prima, heerlijk aan de rivier dicht bij faciliteiten Uitzicht is drama (lijkt op andere kamers uit) als je kamer zonder uitzicht boekt!

Beetje gedateerd en personeel last de matrassen die niet gebruikt worden ik de gang staan. Ziet er rommelig uit!
