clean and great location

The location was very accessible to Central Railway Station. The complimentary fruit was an added bonus. I opted not to take up the offer of the free breakfast items but they looked fine.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I stayed in a twin room with a friend. The bathroom door was at the head of the single bed, and did not offer a lot of privacy. The only window in the room was high above the bathroom sink, which gave the room a 'closet' feel.

Excellent location for public transport, modern and stylish rooms... with lovely friendly and professional staff. The cleaning staff not only do excellent work, they say hello and wish you a good day. Been travelling annually to Sydney for a couple of decades and have almost stayed everywhere, this is one of just 3 that I will definitely return to!

My first room had a blocked bathroom sink. The hotel manager upgraded my room and upon my return a handwritten note with chocolates. Exceptional customer service!

Apart from the blocked sink, The first room was very depressing. The bathroom looked down onto a dirty outdoor void area. The bed was squished between the bathroom and a large pole feeling very claustrophobic. The room also felt dirty perhaps dated?

If you are over 6 foot then be prepared to have your feet dangling over the edge of the bed. The beds are not made for anybody who is reasonably tall. I really wanted to like this hotel as everything else aside from the bed was great. Good value and the staff were great (helpful in the morning getting coffee) - just can't stay there because it isn't comfortable if you are tall. If you're also two people in this bed then you need to make sure that neither of you are rugby player build because only one of you will fit.

Service was incredible and a late check-out was allowed because we arrived late. Thank you. Wonderful ambience and vibe! The disco lift with music was fabulous!

The water leaked from the shower. The bar fridge was unplugged and once plugged in we realised it was more like a 'cooler', similar to what the Ovolo hotel chain use. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.

The customer service was amazing! Awesome breaky bar, I grabbed some to go on my super early check out. The room was spacious and great value for money.

I couldn’t get the aircon working, but I didn’t call reception to sort it out.. which I should have done.

Good central location near pubs and restaurants just up the hill. Clean facilities and good staff

Sliding glass bathroom door wasn't a hit with us.

Great location, good WiFi, very comfortable.room, really clean. The reception area with the coffee, tea and fruit was very nice to sit in for a bit.

I was on my own, but I can imagine for 2 people the room would have seemed pretty small.

Hotel location excellent, short walk for Tram to take you to Circular Quay. We enjoyed the breakfast concept which was very enjoyable and fitted exactly our need. Tip top room and hotel decoration / furnishings were to very high standard. We had great fun taking a video of ourselves in the "Disco" lift sending a video to our sons tell them we were in a nightclub a 04.00 hours

Great location, funky vibe to the place which was cool!

Unfortunately, not great with transparency in regard to the the bathroom, which isn't the best if you're not travelling alone. Also not that much forewarning for security bond costs, which can definitely set your budget back. It's also quite pricey for the actual space you're getting unfortunately - the room also had stains and scuffs, which normally is fine, except some stains were brown, and on the shower curtain, which wasn't the best?

Location. Very convenient to Central Station and Surry Hills restaurants.

Sound separation between the Entry Lobby and Ground Floor rooms is appalling. Should not be leasing floors on the Ground Floor without adequate provision. Bathroom design is downright dangerous when looking to use it in the middle of the night. Room layout poor - circulation is ridiculously tight particularly when trying to access the bathroom. Poor natural light due to Ground Floor location.
