the junior suites urgently need a refresh; the heating was out of order; water from above was dripping in our bath room; the upper floors were very loud over the weekend (discos on top floor); but the security of the stairs to the japanese restaurant are unacceptable; no ramp to guide when going down very slippery and dark stairs; decoration and design has to stop when security starts

Entry of hotel is very chique.

Rooms were not clean; floor contained dirt and was not (vacuum) cleaned. Furthermore, the rooms are the oposite than the rest of the hotel.

AMAZING breakfast !!!! Nice and clean room.

The conditioner doesn't work at all, we stay at the hotel for 5 days with the 30 degrees temperature in the room. No one tried to fix it. I think it's unacceptable for a 5* hotel and I would like to request compensation, as it costs quite a lot of money. In addition we had only one bed for 3 persons and had to sleep all together (with my children 12 and 14 years old). Last night no one could sleep at all. The breakfast was poor for a hotel of this level. The coffee machine didn't work for 3 last days and wasn't fixed. So I drank just milk. I am asking for compensation for this ruined vacation.

The hotel is definitely super nice. The price is fair for what you get, specially considering that in not so many places you can stay at a 5 star hotel for this price. My favorite part was the japanese garden, which is really beautiful. The hotel has several restaurants, all very good and affordable too. The room was a bit average, not so fancy looking, but comfortable.

The staff wasn’t nice at all. On Saturday night I stayed at the 15th floor and apparently on the 19th floor there was some sort of private party with very loud music. I tried calling the reception for a couple of hours but no one answered. I hoped it was going to end soon as it was midnight, but as it didn’t I had to go downstairs and talk to the receptionist because it was impossible to sleep with the noise (the rooms are not sound proof). The lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful and I had to ask her for a change of room, which she agreed to and moved to the second floor. The morning I left I mentioned this issue to another reptionist and he also didn’t seem to care so much. I wasn’t expecting this type of service on a 5 star hotel, and I have to admit it was very disappointing.
