Good central location and helpful staff

Overall the room was noisy with next door TV and talking easily heard at all hours. bed linen did not seem to be fresh each day, shower was inconsistent with the levels of hot water, If you were going to breakfast towards the end of breakfast time there was limited for food to choose from.

The proximity with the buses station. MUKUBA Mall,...The location easy to access with taxi. The kitchen or restaurant is in lace and availability at any time.

Nothing. But prostitutes are along the road from 8 hours in the night this can be dangerous because they are most of time with gangs . When you are backing in the night do not stop, on this KANYATA Street.

The service from the staff was top notch. Friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable although the walls are quite thin.

The food was bland and basic but well priced.

Hi, Breakfast was ok,

we found a plate of unfinished food in the passage upon check in in the afternoon, until check out in the next morning, it was really disappointing as well as the carpet in my room was not clean.

Did not actually stay at the hotel as I changed to the Sherbourne Lodge 2 minutes down the road. Excellent place & enjoyed staying there. Clean, safe, decent wi-fi, good food, friendly staff.
