Great location, walking distance from subway and bus stations, as well as Gion and major attractions. Clean. Friendly staff. Happy hour with different kinds of sake to try every day. They also run events (like matcha or Japanese sweets making workshops). Little indoors playground for kids, board games. Comfortable beds. Nice design and comfortable lobby to wind down in the evening.

The room is very small. So if you're two people and have large luggages, consider getting a bigger room.

コストの割には、セキュリティが良い。 エレベーターに乗る前にもカードキーが必要だったり、時間外の荷物預かりの際、スタッフは、不在だが、チェーンキーを用意されていたり。 京都は、荷物預かりの空きを探すのに苦労するので、大変助かりました。

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Downstairs lobby is warm and inviting so there is often a nice buzz downstairs. This means you have the option to relax in your room or downstairs. Lovely food and drink on offer. Room was clean and cosy and the shower was nice and powerful.

La ubicación excelente, está a unos 20 minutos caminando de Kyoto Station pero hay un bus, el 50 que te deja al lado del hotel. Se puede ir andando a todos lados. El desayuno para mí muy abundante y la atención excelente. El hotel es super bonito y queda cerca del mercado y de la zona comercial. Me encantó. Súper recomendable!!!

Un très bon hôtel près de Nijo-jo et qui permet de rayonner dans Kyoto.

Il y avait un odeur désagréable dans le couloir.

The hotel was in a great location and the food and drink were delicious, but the staff were easily the best part. Happy to help, always there to greet you and genuinely knowledgeable about the area. The free sake and happy hour cocktails were a big bonus too 😊

Place is innovative and has modern technology, for example card system to get into building, room, elevators, lighting source in room. Staff were friendly, and bartender has created a creative menu of his own

We had a very nice stay there. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are really kind and helpful.

the staff truly made the trip special. They have a play area for kids and a bar. Everyone was so nice and they all speak English fairly well. We stayed at multiple higher end hotels during this trip but this was by far my favorite stay. I truly wish the best for all the young staff and hope this establishment thrives. Arigato goziaMasu.

This place was the highlight of our Japan journey. The room was nice, i especially enjoyed that the sink was not in the bathroom, this seemed so convenient to me. The breakfast has vegan option and is entirely organic, we think we never ate such great breakfast plates. There is free sake for testing, the personal helped us with yamato transfer. Great place for us!

Most western style hotel so far, free sake/discounted happy hour, great location to bus stop, good location for train stop. Awesome common areas!
