Was charged extra because booking had over booked this hotel...was charged a deposit when no one else gets charged one...there was roaches and lunnens were stolen from the washer and dryer and I have to pay for it all now.the roaches and the prices

Location was good and close to downtown . Shannon at front desk was Amazing, sweet, and great customer service. Breakfast was a plus
The weed smell. Carpet needs to be clean. Smells moldy and mildew. Needs to be updated, for this to a part of Wyndham. I have stayed at microtels before and this makes the brand terrible ! Key cards for other people in our party had to get key cards almost daily. Weed smell on every floor ridiculous

There wasn't anything to like about it.
Killed three cockroachs, staff didn't give any new bath towels, or replace toilet paper. The pictures and the rooms are completely different, all together it's false advertising. The part that frustrates me is that you can't get a refund for such a horrible place.

No response to after hours enquiry. So read the reviews and pick the worst for my experience. Long story short I was locked out of my room Saturday night two days before my check out

The original female concierge at our check-in was very detailed informative and her compassion seemed genuine.
The onsite concierge during our stay was rude and dismissive and seemed to dislike his job. The way he communicated with everyone was anything but pleasant yet very unprofessional. I work in the social work field and instantly was aware that there are people who've fallen on hard times that were residing in hotels. Everyone needs a place to call home, regardless of unforeseen economic circumstances.

Very poor experience- could not get into the room, and management would not help. Called multiple times and they asked us to call back during business hours. We did and no answer. We never got to stay in this hotel because management did not let us in.

The general manager Jason went above and beyond his duties and my expectations. He was concerned about not having a large enough room and proceeded to call other Intown Suites and made inquiries about open rooms they had. After that he contacted his reservations to see if there were any changes. It turned out that they were planning to cancel so I was able to get the large room we needed! He's a lifesaver!
