Location was great

Slow communication. We wasted one day, out of two, without WiFi because of wrong information and slow communication. I eventually figured it out without their help

The location was decently close to everything that we wanted to do and see and the walk was nice and felt safe enough. We arrived at night and it was an easy check in with good directions/instructions. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. In the evening light everything looked nice and welcoming.

For starters, the floor was sticky. Like spilled juice on the floor sticky. With or without shoes or slippers, our feet stuck to the floor. When we got there there were very few dishes in the cupboards and even fewer utensils in the drawers. We discovered that the dishwasher was fully stocked and cleaned, but was waiting for US to empty and put away the last renters dishes. It looked like everything had been wiped down with a towel and there were streaks and/or dust covering most surfaces. There were wet sheets hanging in the bedroom closet which wasn’t a big deal, but was odd. There were linens in both the washer and dryer when we got there as well. There was light coloured carpet in the master bedroom and it looked very filthy and had lots of stains. They had multiple hand towels, but no face cloths. The towels that we did have had the smell of being left too long in the washing machine, that mildewy sort of smell. We were left with only one single roll of toilet paper for 4 guests for 5 nights. I looked around to find more and there wasn’t any. I contacted the email that I had been corresponding with and they said that they only provide 1 nights supply???? Even though in the description of the property stay it says toilet paper is included. This was a MAJOR inconvenience especially when paying over $2000 to stay.

Location is very good. Very nice to have washing machine and dryer.

It says the appartment has 2 bedrooms and it is not true. It has only 1 closed bedroom and another bed is in the kitchen behind some curtain. There is no window where this bed stands.

I wish I listened to the reviews and didnt stay here to waste my money. first I couldn’t get access in the unit at check in time as it was locked. then the management and cleaners kept the deposit accusing us of having a pet over just 2, 3 hairs and some kind of smell? the place was cleaned when we left. Even after saying the whole building has dogs and ac was broken and no pet was in the unit, they kept the deposit anyway. this place is a scam. don’t waste your time and money here. this is the worst management firm.

Great location, centrally located to the Event Centre and waterfront. It also had a great bed! The building has nice amenities, pool /gym, but I never got to use them.

The wifi never worked which made it really challenging to work and for some reason, even my phone (without wifi) wasn't working either. Als, the thermostat was stuck at 75 which made sleeping difficult since I'm used to sleeping in 67 and in late June, it was a bit muggy out. Also, be prepared to pay a security deposit via PayPal and submit your passport picture online. It was a bit unnerving.

Although there is no front desk service, there was always a security officer at the desk, which made the property feel secure. Additionally, there was no access without a key swipe to enter the building, so we felt very secure in this stay.

The apartment door was difficult to lock from the inside, the key was not where it was indicated in check-in documentation, the water was only boiling hot after 11 PM, there was a loose doorknob that ended up falling off, and we got charged for repairs even though this was faulty before our stay. Additionally, this is not a two-bedroom stay. Yes, there are two beds, but only one room; the "second bedroom" is a nook across from the kitchen separated by a curtain that gapes on either end, similar to an Artizia change room. The toilet is faulty, so you must flush and pull the handle back up to prevent it from running for hours. The shower's water pressure is jeopardized as when you're in shower mode, about half the water still comes out of the tub spout...

It's only a few stops away from the main station.

We booked a stay with my parents and my sister and her husband. When we arrived, the apartment was nasty - used earphones inside the sofa bed, dirty laundry in the washing machine, baby clothes still in the closet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the garbage wasn't even emptied. There were not enough blankets for people using the sofa bed, and the iron was broken (super annoying since we had to prepare for a wedding). As accommodating guests trying just to enjoy our vacation and not cause a fuss, we didn't say anything. After our trip, they informed me that we left the place with too much damage and there excessively dirty, costing us 160$ of our deposit. There is no way on earth that we could have caused any of the damages they have shown up in the pictures. Long-term water damage on cabinets, and peeling paint on the walls, they even staged that we left a picture from the wall on a bed. They took pictures of a stove, fridge and sink that needed to be cleaned (isn't this a part of all cleaning routines) and said that it was excessive cleaning, even though my mom whipped down everything after we left. There is absolutely no way that we did this. When we told them the things that were dirty and broken when we were staying there, they said that they couldn't consider it cause we didn't take pictures and we didn't tell them while we were there. They also couldn't show us proof of when their pictures were taken. You will also find on the review that they do this to customers consistently. Location was great with easy access to public transport and a supermarket and playground very close.

As it was an apartment rental, it was a little bit like Airbnb in that you were required to stack the dishwasher etc before leaving. There were also wet sheets in the washing machine when we arrived, so I put them through the dryer and folded them. Fire TV was not signed in or up to any platforms, but was linked to another prime account which made it difficult to sign into our own accounts. Optional on-site parking would have also been good.

Good location, close to DT, public transport, restaurants.. Confortable and spacious apartment, well equiped kitchen.

Responsive host, however some requests were not accepted such as early check-in (before 3pm) or one day extension without paying 2 times cleaning fee.

The apartment was beautiful, nice furniture, very nice view. It was well enough equipped to cook. Owners were responsive but not very helpful.

Toilets got blocked regularly. Air condition did not work and despite asking several times, nobody came to solve the problems. If these two issues would have been solved I would have clearly given a 10 for the place. Pity! Booking was very complicated.

They did not return my 200 deposit and I have contacted them several times with no reply. We left the place immaculate.

We thought parking was included, or at least available at the building. Instead we had to park 10mins walk away and pay $24/day. The wardrobe in the apartment was full of sheets and towels (including ones hanging) so we had no room to put our clothes. The 'curtain' which separates the second room from the main living space was thin, the pole flimsy and it didn't cover the gap (it was about 2 foot short in width!). The washer/dryer had sheets and towels left in it. The cold taps would often only run boiling hot water. We had to put hot water in containers in the fridge to get cold water! There were plenty of wine glasses, but very few water glasses. The 'shampoo' and 'shower gel' dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The promised Netflix TV package didn't work. The TV reported 'no signal', the instructions in the house manual were for a different TV (and different remote controls) and when I contacted Simply Comfort for help, they told me that no one was working and they'd raise it with management and we didn't hear anything else. We were staying for three days with two children and arrived late at night. The inconvienience of the parking, the fact that the second bedroom wasn't separate from the main space and the fact the children couldn't watch anything on the promised TV, made it is much more difficult stay then it should have been.

Friendly nabours and excellent location. Lots of closet space

The air conditioning was not working and became very hot. No baking sheets so we couldn't use the oven as planned. Some of the sheets available to use for the pull out couch had questionable stains on them.

The check in process and guide on how to enter and use the wifi was useless. The support service you resolve this was non existent. Confused and ambiguous description regarding parking. Despite there being on-site it can't be used and had to park a walk away with cost. Not clear on the description until you get check in instructions. Overall a poor service. Still have messages I sent regarding the check in unanswered. Management company does seem to care.
