Rooms are large, clean, decent bed, seperate shower and bath.
The overall stay was ok, but compaired to how it was before covid, the service and facilities have reduced and are getting out dated; stay did hardly speak any English

I am a frequent traveller normally without any complain but this is unacceptable:
1/ Rude staff at reception when checking in. I was commenting about the data collcection required by Shenzhen but the staff took it very personal and behaved unprofessionally.
2/ when booking the room it promosed “welcoming fruit” but never happened.

The breakfast was really too simple , totally Chinese and only a few choices . Service slow . Breakfast too expensive
