静かだったこと。 設備が新しく清潔だったこと。

学生にはもってこいのお得感です。 施設内も清潔感があり、スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応です。アメニティも一般程度に充実していると思います。宿泊する際に必要なものは全て揃っています。友人と2人で宿泊したのですが、お互いなんの不満もなく宿泊することが出来ました。 京都駅から、少し歩きますがおしゃべりしながら徒歩で6分程度でした😊近くには、セブンイレブンや、居酒屋さんなど、飲食も充実しています。

特にないです。強いて言えば、アメニティのシェーバーと、ヘアコームは、フロント横のアメニティ陳列棚にはなく、フロントの受付にちょこんと置いてあるので注意です！

部屋が思ったより狭かったので(大人2名。5歳)追加料金ですぐに、トリプルのお部屋に交換。 大浴場が気持ちよく、ダイソンドライヤー完備、エアコン照明もパッチパネルで、ハイテクでした。 とっても綺麗で、部屋着着心地よかったです。 お風呂上がりのアイスサービスもグットでした。

支払い、チェックインが機械化されてるので、初めは戸惑った。。。

アイスが無料で1本食べられるのが良かった 大浴場も丁度いい大きさでした

クシがなかったのが残念でした

Location is close to the station, a small shopping mall as well as a convenience store. Staff is very friendly, I forgot my room key and the staff had no issues giving me an extra one. You can easily check wether laundry machines are in use or not.

The bathroom sink looks like someone puked on it and I gotta wonder who approved that design. There are only 3 laundry machines that are always in use, but there is a laundrymat nearby I suppose.

The facilities were great. The onsen was what we needed after a long day. Overall, we were pleased and happy. Near to where we needed to eat and shop. Thanks.

We booked a three-bed room which is perfect for my family. In comparison to a normal Japanese hotel room, ours is spacious, because we have five check-in sized luggage in the room, but we still can turn around inside the room. The location is great: 10-minute walk distance to Kyoto Station (Shinkansen, subway, buses). You can buy one-day bus pass at the front desk which gives you freedom to explore every corner of the amazing city. Speaking of their service, you know, it's in Japan right? Services are terrific everywhere and they are 100% free of charge(tips). If you have visited Japan, I bet you'll be very reluctant to give 5 out of 5 reviews to any hotels in the U.S. next time.

The room and facilities is very clean and good. Spa was excellent. Got smart tv so can stream shows.

Stay in this hotel many times, every time is perfected, this time I left my Kindle in the hotel, contact the staff via email, they sent back to my in Hong Kong, what a fabulous service.

Near Kyoto station; Confortable room;

Hotel is in a great location for those who like to get away from the busy main streets. It's on the less popular side of the station, but we enjoyed being able to escape the people and walk home on quiet streets after a busy day out and about. Breakfast food was delicious - but mainly Japanese and the offerings changed each day. They do have cereals and breads on options. Maybe not the best for fussy eaters.

I wish there was a more organised rubbish sorting system. We always had a lot of trash and the tiniest bin ever.
