Apartment is in excellent location for visiting Madrid. For three older people it was good that there was an elevator to the fourth floor apartment. Plenty of space for three people and Netflix was a bonus. Miguel was extremely helpful with our requests.

Shower fixture extremely unstable and unmanageable. Although mentioned in apartment inventory, no electric kettle available. Could be better equipped for self-catering but with so many bars/cafes nearby, not an insurmountable issue. Not the fault of the apartment, but air-con did not adequately cope with the 40C heatwave when we were there.

Very helpful and polite host, he made our stay as nice and easy as possible! Location is great, very central, next to the Palace and Opera and close to many landmarks and neighborhoods of interest. Quiet building. Hot water available 24/7, wifi covered us even for work, Netflix available. Very good choice for a short stay!

Beds could be more comfortable, linen could be more spotless

A sweet petite former service flat, in the proximity of Palacio Real, accommodation used formerly by the soldiers guarding the palace. Ideal for a three-person family, given the matrimonial bedroom and the child room. Portable air conditioning, thus it can be located in the desired room. Apart from that, the bedrooms are equipped with fans. The sofa in the living room can accommodate another person to sleep. The TV in the living room has Netflix, too, as to the one in the bedroom. Miguel, the host, is a very helpful and likeable person. With previous notice, he comes in person, within a quarter of an hour.

Excellent service and communication, Miguel is a wonderful host. we got welcomed with a nice basket with drinks and some sweets. The location is excellent and the apartment is very confortable.

the only downsize is the shower it is a bit small, but everything else was great!

Location is good! next to Opera station and close to the royal palace. Not far from shopping area and easy to find good restuarant. The host is nice and helpful.

Room are smaller than expected.
