The location is too beautiful. The view is spectacular and the staff is very friendly. The spa is great and Jenny is a fabulous masseuse. The food is value for money and it’s tasty.

The hotel is excellent the staff is very very good. Courteous and helpful. Anees at the front desk and Rafi in the hotel in particular deserve a special mention.

Could have stayed longer 😀

The location is great, also given the limited options to stay in Pahalgam this is the only good option you have. Pahalgam in itself is so beautiful that overall our experience was good; our experience at the property was above average not great though. We would specially like to mention about Rashid he served us at the restaurant and was a delight, he made us feel very comfortable.

We asked the property for a pick up from the Airport, the driver who came in was venomous about Indian Army, religions in general and had very skewed political views about Kashmir, we had to avoid engaging with him all along- this was quite a bummer and distasteful experience at the very start of our trip… The staff at the property was quite disengaged and only on constant probing would they serve to satisfaction. The weather was great; however no bonfire was put in place. The place was being renovated at lunch time - it was noisy at the only restaurant they were serving at. To sum up- for the price we paid there is nothing special…

beautiful property! amazing hospitality! loved the tandoor snacks in the evening while sitting in the most beautiful lawn overlooking the Lidder river. Definitely the best hotel in Pahalgam.
