- Private pool with ocean view - we got an upgraded room even though we paid for a garden-view room - Less than a minute walk from the room to the beautiful beach - Activities for kids - The friendly staff and animation team - were always nice to our 1yo baby and us - Manolis from the pool bar - incredible drinks and the nicest person - The reception team who welcomed us at the hotel was exceptional!

- Most of the time the towels in the room were dirty - Pool towels exchange spot is on one edge of the hotel instead of having at least two spots + the exchange hours are very limited - There's a photographer from the hotel staff that is very friendly and takes a lot of photos and only then tells you it costs 20 euro, could have told us before

The food was very average, the restaurants were extremely busy and loud at all times The pools were so cold it was hard to spend more than a few mins swimming at a time, im pleased we didn't book a room with a pool as it would have been too cold to make use of. Entertainment was good for kids, but most evening things started at 9.15pm so a bit late for our toddler

We had a perfect time at lyttos beach hotel!!! We came to celebrate my birthday and stayed for 4 days. Every day was amazing, and there is so much to do at the hotel. There are many pools, Olympics, warm pools and regulars. A fun water park with water slides that are crazy! There is a supermarket full of good stuff, a gaming arcade, biliard, and sports center. The all inclusive experience was amazing. There was a large variety of tasty food, at all times of the day from the early morning until the middle of the night! In about 10 different restaurants and bars at the hotel. The crew was absolutely wonderful!! They made our experience perfect. They all were so kind and helpful, and did everything so we will be happy and have the greatest time. Special thank you to the wonderful manager, Giorgos Bolakis. You made our holiday at your hotel beyond every expectations, and you do everything with a smile! I strongly recommend every one who is looking for a dream vacation in crete to book a room in this wonderful heaven. You won't want to leave the hotel and will enjoy every minute of it. water park is not safe. lack of staff near the slides leads to many accidents - kids are allowed to walk up the water slides (!)

We took a taxi from the airport, 45€ and the ride was 25 minutes. After a delayed flight we we’re suprised the check in took only 3 minutes. All the staff was great and we had a really good vibe about the place. The food was really good and they had a lot of choices, our 4 year old keeps asking every day when are we going back here.
