4 personas 2Ad y 2 niños, habitación amplia y muy limpia. Estuvimos solo una noche porque teníamos la conexión con otro vuelo al día siguiente. Reservamos este Hotel porque está cerca del Aeropuerto y ofrecían transporte. El transporte muy cómodo y sin complicaciones, el conductor muy atento, llegamos justo cuando el bus ya había arrancado y se incorporaba a la vía, pero el conductor al vernos hacerle señales desde lejos se paró enseguida y nos dejó subir. Está muy cerca de un centro comercial. Llegamos por la mañana temprano y en recepción nos dieron la habitación en cuanto estuvo lista, cosa que agradecemos ya que sabíamos que no era hora todavía para hacer el check in. Lo recomiendo.

The room was good but facilities very limited, cardboard cups, some instant coffee and a single bottle of water.

Some details are a little frustrating, only one side of the bed has a PowerPoint, there is nowhere to connect the kettle other than on the ground, quite a lot of noise outside at night (people blowing leaves at 9pm at night, which stopped after we rang up about it, but started again at 10pm at night)

Amabilidad del personal, desde el chofer del transfer hasta las recepcionistas. Instalaciones perfectas, habitacion amplia y servicio de transfer al aeropuerto optimo. Nos hemos alojado ya varias veces y lo seguiremos haciendo.

The hotel is quite funky and modern, which is great. The room is good in basic terms, but some small details are not quite right. For instance there is nowhere to connect the kettle other than through a power point somewhere on the floor and there was only a power point on one side of the bed.

I stayed for one week. On 2nd day, wash basin draining problem came and reported and sorted out. Breakfast is good. Airport pickup and drop off is good. Room is good.

Fast check in, plenty underground parking, clean room, good breakfast, great staff. Had little trouble with in room safe, called reception and they sent a technician right away. All in all a good experience, would come back.

Not the hotel's fault of course, but the neighborhood isn't the most vibrant, not much in the vicinity.

El servicio pesimo . La limpieza pésima . Los insumos de mi habitación no funcionaban , por ejemplo el secador de pelo . A las 01 de la mañana tuve que bajar a reclamar . El intercomunicador con el personal estaba roto . El teléfono no funcionaba . Se fueron sin avisarnos para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Bajamos puntualmente y aún así salió antes el transfer

1. Trato incorrecto para realizar el pago durante el check-in. 2. Varias fugas de calidad tuvieron lugar: (i) No proporcionaron las claves Wi-fi ni el número interno para contactar con recepción durante el check-in. (ii) No se dieron las explicaciones oportunas sobre el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, motivo por el que tuvimos que llamar a medianoche con nuestro teléfono para solventar dicho problema. (iii) La habitación asignada (111), pese a ser de no fumador, desprendía un olor a tabaco insoportable. Argumentaron que utilizan una máquina de ozono para desinfectar la habitación, pero dicho olor no se corresponde con el método de limpieza (tanto en el hospital como en los laboratorios de la universidad en la que trabajo utilizamos dicho tratamiento). Tuvimos que dejar tanto la puerta como la ventana abierta para poder airear la habitación, y esta situación fue comunicada a la recepción del hotel, que no hizo nada. En relación a este punto, y con independencia de la opinión del hotel o la mía, no se puede alojar a unos huéspedes en tales condiciones. En su lugar, deben proporcionar otra habitación, acorde al servicio de calidad que debe dar un hotel de 4 estrellas. (iv) Si el hotel no facilita artículos de aseo en las habitaciones, es obligación comunicarlo en la recepción del hotel a la llegada. Únicamente había una pastilla de jabón sobre el tocador del lavabo y el dispensador de jabón del baño estaba vacío (fue rellenado durante la mañana del día 14 de septiembre de 2023). Siempre que viajo al extranjero desde Madrid tanto por motivos laborales o de ocio, suelo hospedarme en dicha cadena hotelera desde su inauguración en el año 2009 (Axor Feria y Axor Barajas). No esperaba una devolución o reembolso, pero sí una cortesía por parte del hotel ante el cúmulo de eventos indeseables. Los hechos acaecidos han mermado notablemente la confianza en dicha cadena hotelera, y a tenor de lo expuesto, no volveré a hospedarme ni los recomiendo.

When I booked, I asked about the shuttle to the airport, which is the main reason I chose this hotel. I was informed that I should request the shuttle time upon arrival. I chose a time for my two family members and me to travel to the airport in the morning. When we arrived downstairs ten minutes before the shuttle was to depart, there were too many people to fit on the red shuttle. The receptionist told me another was coming. Shortly after, a much smaller white van arrived, and we were only able to get on it because the driver saw I was travelling with children. I have a lot of travel anxiety and I booked a hotel with airport shuttle to reduce my stress. This incident added to it because there was so much disorganization. I really think this could have been avoided by having more shuttles or informing guests that a certain hour is already booked up for the shuttle.

The walls were rather thin and you could hear the adjoining guest walking up & down the corridor and their conversations

It is a nice place to stay. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The location was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. The shuttle to the airport was very efficient and on time.

Refrigerator and coffee maker didn’t work. When I called about the coffee maker, someone came immediately to change it out.

Very nice hotel and pretty close to both the airport and Civitas Metropolitan Stadium. The shuttle service to and from the airport was top teir and super convenient.

My fridge didn't work. You can hear everyone going through the hallway.

Not really near anything like decent restaurants or bars. Very suburban. And we had a helicopter take off very early on our first morning there.

The hotel was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service to the terminals. Check-in was friendly. The hotel is near a mall for last-minute gift buying and several grocery stores. The family room was large and comfortable. The bathroom and showers were clean and the fridge was useful for keeping our meal and breakfast as we had an early flight.

Getting to the hotel from the central train station was a little difficult. We had metro passes but got turned around as both Google Maps and Apple Maps recommended a combination subway/bus for the best way to get to the hotel. Turns out that the metro pass was only good for the subway and it was not possible to purchase single-pass bus passes without cash. Ended up having to take a taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel. There are ways to get there with the subway but you have to transfer a few times and it may take some time.

Confortable bed but pillows were a bit to the thick side for my taste. Nice shower. hotel is clean and staff is nice. Good breakfast. Frequent airport shuttle service.

No mini bar in the room. Nothing interesting around the hotel.
