Very cool hotel with Spanish Colonial vibe. Beautiful courtyard in the middle. Staff was very helpful.

Customer service and staff were on point. We had some international guests and they were so impressedwith the vibe and the Moros dance.

Small TV, the room wasn't sound proof i feel with few privacy. The room illuminationis bad and it is impossible to open curtains because they do not exist.

Everything was amazing, the staff was great and the rooms were cozy and comfortable.
I didn't like the toilet paper and we could hear the church bells at 5:30 a.m.

The location is perfect. The King room is gorgeous and big! The restaurant is delicious, authentic and beautiful.

I liked the fact that it was central located had easy access to everything, the atmosphere was exceptional, of course the restaurant was fenomenal, and so the staff.
the sink was not functioning properly, not enough towels, the shower faucets were not working properly! had a hard time trying to adjust the water to the proper temperature!

The only thing I didn’t like was the room facing the street so it was quite noisy. We check in late so not many options to change

The location is unbeatable and the scenery is great, many places nearby (food, shopping, drinks, whatever you can think of)

Pillows were very thin. the bed also has a footboard. I’m tall which meant i was unable to play with my legs out stretched which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

You place is gorgeous,everyone is kind & friendly they making sure we got what we need Alicia and Jenny were so nice and willing to help regarding the room it was near the Main Street so we can hear music people talking and walking by but it was ok everything us compensated the beatiful garden clean and peaceful place to relax.
