Room cleaning and accomodation place is well.

Resident management asked more amount than Mentioned price on booking time. They won't ready to accept mentioned amount when i am booking. Why it's happened? .. And they won't ready to give the room for booked amount.

I mostly like the ambience. I doesn't feel that I am staying outside my home. Well maintained. Can't see a single dust inside the room. Bathroom and toiletries were clean and tide.

During my stay, Tv and AC was not working. I used my mobile for entertainment and fan for sleeping. TV and AC was in place but no use.

Rooms are clean and good

Staff was very rude. We reached the hotel at 11pm and they were demanding additional payment of rs1000 without any change in booking. When I questioned, they asked to talk to customer care. We were already tired of travel and negotiated for non AC rooms. Mid of the night we cannot go to another hotel and they took advantage of it.

Nothing. Very bad experience.

Facility charged 400 extra for using AC. No drinking water, no soap in bathroom, no tissue paper. Horrible experience. Booking.xom should remove this facility from their portal to avoid brand damage.
