コードキーなので鍵がなくて嬉しいです。前回も利用させていただいていたので家に帰ったような気がしました。

今回は前回滞在した大きめのお部屋が空いてなくて残念。小さいお部屋もそれなりに快適でした。

Easy to find . Staff can speak English and very helpful . Also we can store pur luggage after check out for few hours .

We enjoyed having a big room, the bathroom was spacious with shower and bathtub. It was good to have a washing machine. We also liked that we were close to the subway station and there was a 7-11 nearby

They didn’t provide enough coffee for the days we were there. The reception staff was not always available

舒適小巧的京都旅館. 雖然不在大街上, 要拖著行李進去小巷子裡面, 但是裡面設備齊全, 包括全套的衛浴設備. 泡個澡疲憊的心情得到放鬆.

Nice comfortable aparthotel. About 5 minutes from Kyoto subway station. Clean room. Good shower. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was good. Blackout curtains. Lots of charging points. Washer and drying room. Detergent provided. Safe, fridge. Room could accommodate up to 4 people. Highly recommended for families and those who like more space to relax.

No stove and cooking equipment apart from a microwave but in Kyoto, it wasn’t really an issue since I would rather eat out and enjoy the Japanese good.

Beautiful hotel and room. The lobby smelled great every time we entered the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Very clean and new. It was amazing to have a large bathtub and a washing machine. We also appreciated having many coat hangers which allowed us to hang and dry our clothes after washing. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Lots of towels were provided. Rooms were cleaned every 3rd day (2 times during our 7 night stay), which was ideal. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the city center, station, and anywhere else. Several convenience stores close to the hotel.

This is me nitpicking, because we had a great stay! -the motion sensor light in the hallway was very strong and turned on easily, and (to my knowledge) there was no way of disabling it. -I would have loved an extra mirror closer to the window to be able to get ready with some daylight. There is a mirror in the bathroom and a large mirror by the entrance door, but they don't get any natural light.
