It includes one full bed and two stacked twin beds. Dinette converts into the full bed. Bathroom is fully enclosed and has toilet and shower. Kitchen counter includes sink, microwave, mini-fridge and top stove. For your convenience: we will deliver the trailer to your camping spot and and bring it back once trip is complete. There is a basic fee of $99 to clean black and grey tanks and/or if there is excess dirt inside the trailer and will be deducted from your security deposit if not returned empty. To rent this trailer, you must have a capable towing vehicle equipped with a brake controller and a 7-pin round connector. Class 3 hitch or higher. We recommend a vehicle with a towing capacity of 4000 lbs or higher. If necessary, we also have a weight distribution hitch with sway bar control. A full propane tank is included with added charges as outlined below. Driver minimum age is 25 years old. Travel to Mexico not permitted. No climbing on top of RV.
